Fantastic stay with our kids! The hotel has a children's play area where they had a blast and stayed safe. The rooms are spacious, and they thoughtfully provided a crib and children's slippers. Staff member Nina was incredibly friendly, always willing to help, and solved problems quickly and efficiently. Absolutely a hidden gem of a hotel!

This hotel offers excellent value for money, especially for just over 200. The front desk upgraded me to a deluxe garden view room, which was very spacious. The beach is conveniently located just across the road from the back entrance. The hotel's pool and water park looked appealing, but unfortunately, it rained continuously on the day I checked in, so I couldn't experience them. Upon check-in, we received complimentary welcome fruits, and in the evening, they delivered snacks and milk. They even brought our luggage directly to the room, a level of service that truly outshines what I've experienced at Sheratons. I'll definitely come back and stay for a few more nights next time. Parking was also very convenient.

The hotel is quite close to the airport, so we could hear planes taking off and landing in the early evening, but it was quiet later in the night. The room facilities were a little dated. We weren't quite full after the complimentary BBQ set for two. The pool was decent. The beach opposite the hotel was a bit messy from the typhoon, but that's understandable. Breakfast was okay.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. Its location is superb, right across the road from the beach. The hotel also features a large swimming pool, and I specifically chose it for its impressive waterslide. Even though we encountered a typhoon, this hotel seemed to experience fewer power outages compared to others in Sanya. The staff were incredibly prompt and responsive, even under such extreme weather conditions.

A perfect stopover for our last day before heading home. It's very close to the airport but surprisingly quiet. For the affordable room rate, getting a sea view too was truly excellent value for money. The room amenities were standard, and there's even a water park downstairs, though sadly, our kids were too tired to enjoy it. The service was incredibly warm and friendly. They assisted with luggage and provided excellent service throughout. We even received a complimentary upgrade to a room with a large balcony, along with welcome fruits and afternoon tea snacks – a very thoughtful touch.

It’s also conveniently located close to the airport and just a short walk from the beach, which made everything even more enjoyable and stress-free. The swimming pool was an absolute blast for the kids. They especially loved the bubble party and the fun activities organized by the hotel. It created a joyful and playful atmosphere that kept them entertained for hours. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding service we received from Ms. 陈思雨 at the front desk. She went above and beyond to help us solve a few issues we encountered, and she did so quickly, professionally, and with genuine kindness. Her dedication and warm hospitality made a huge difference and ensured we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. Thanks to all the stuff and the overall atmosphere of the hotel, our trip turned into a truly memorable experience. We highly recommend Grand Soluxe Hotel and Resort to anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly place to stay in Sanya and we would definitely love to come back!

This was my second stay at the Sunshine Hotel. It's conveniently located very close to the airport and Sanya Bay attractions, easily accessible by taxi. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and proactive, opening car doors and assisting with luggage, which made us feel truly valued and taken care of. The hotel's facilities and environment are also excellent. It boasts a private swimming pool, and the beach is just across the road, which is incredibly convenient. You can even try fish therapy! The rooms are spacious, bright, and face the sea, offering stunning views! There are also daily family activities. The housekeepers were also very friendly and had a great attitude.

Location is superb. About 10 min ride from 凤凰 airport. Hotel staff are attentive and responsive to your requests. Special mention to the 大堂经理小郑 for his hospitable and professional response to our needs.

I liked everything, the breakfast selection was a bit limited.

Great breakfast and affordable. Staff are nice and helpful. Nothing to do around the hotel and far from the action. Other hotel restaurants not an option as the choices are very limited.
