My stay at Sanya Banyan Tree was excellent. Henry at the front desk and the concierge provided very quick service. We were also upgraded to a deluxe suite. The entire hotel was very quiet and not crowded. The seafood noodles and seafood congee at breakfast are a specialty and very good. I'll definitely come back again.

For the same price point, I still recommend Banyan Tree~ Although it opened earlier than other hotels, it wins out by being quiet and free from the noise of those marketing family-friendly hotels. The breakfast running until 12 PM is fantastic, perfect for late risers, and the restaurant is very orderly. While some online reviews mention a limited selection of food, there's no constant turning over of dishes by people, and my child never experienced any stomach discomfort during our nearly week-long stay~ Staff in public areas always greet you, and service response is very prompt~ One evening, we couldn't open the main entrance (likely improperly locked by the turndown service staff). It was already 10:15 PM, and the maintenance staff, seeing us waiting for over 10 minutes with my young child urging to go back to the room to sleep, suggested climbing over the wall to open the door from the inside so we could get back to our room. (The wall had dangerous-looking spikes to prevent climbing). Outside food deliveries are brought to your door by a butler and are quite fast~ The hotel's public beach isn't large, but its waters have a breakwater, so the waves here are much smaller than in other bays. At low tide, you can even pick up small shells and catch small crabs (remember to wear protective gear. A reminder that the area of the hotel beach is a coral protection zone with live coral, so do not go into the water with exposed legs to avoid cuts, and do not step on or turn over corals! Please release any live creatures back into the sea). The sand closer to the water is fine, but further out, there are many mixed broken shells, so children must wear flip-flops or sandals, and socks would make it less uncomfortable. The hotel offers many activities to keep children entertained: aromatherapy candles, coconut shell painting, stringing shell bells, planting coconut seedlings, football, beach volleyball, coffee grounds sand art, painted fans, twisted sticks, and recycled paper bookmarks (daily schedules vary). Some are chargeable~ Since each room has its own pool, we didn't use the public pool. We also rarely saw other guests in the public areas. Mosquito repellent was provided in the room, and we always took mosquito precautions before going out, so we weren't bitten by mosquitoes or other insects throughout our stay~ The greenery in the park is maintained daily by staff. Besides encountering various sizes of snails at night and frogs croaking loudly around the pool (which scurried away frantically when seen), we didn't encounter any scary animals. Finally, when we left, I took a bag of items made by my child in the park~ and shells picked from the beach~ They kept insisting they want to come again next time!

I heard great things about Banyan Tree's service and tranquil environment, perfect for family trips, before coming. After checking in, it really lived up to the reviews. The butler thoughtfully arranged our room and even had gifts for the kids. It was a wonderful experience.

Facilities: Well-equipped, clean, and comfortable. Environment: Excellent. The beach was uncrowded and clean, and the sunset was beautiful. Service: Attentive and welcoming; they were always ready to help.

The Banyan Tree far exceeded my expectations, from the hotel itself to the service. It was quiet, comfortable, and the service was incredibly responsive and thoughtful. Housekeeping was impeccable. They upgraded my room and surprised me with a cake, red wine, and traditional Qingbuliang dessert. For breakfast, they arranged a shuttle based on dining times. The beach was uncrowded and relaxing, offering plenty to do. It truly met all my requirements for a leisurely vacation. This hotel will definitely be my first choice when I visit Sanya again.

This is my third stay at Banyan Tree this year, and I opted for the courtyard room this time. The courtyard accommodation is truly excellent, offering great privacy. Since we had a large group with many requests, I must once again commend the butler for their tireless assistance. They helped us confirm meal delivery times, departure times, and how to handle external deliveries. Honestly, there's nothing more to say – if I'm in Sanya, I'll definitely be coming back here!

Banyan Tree Sanya, a hidden gem nestled in Luhuitou Bay. At night, I enjoyed a private soak in the courtyard's hot spring, accompanied by starlight, the gentle sway of palm trees, and the sound of the ocean. The warm water washed away the day's fatigue, and the evening breeze soothed my mind. No need to dwell on worldly worries; just gaze at the stars, listen to the waves, and find a rare sense of tranquility.

Great privacy, but the beach and water weren't very clean. Our butler, Henry He, was incredibly attentive and made us feel right at home.

Ferrari is still Ferrari, and Banyan Tree's service is absolutely top-notch! Xiao Sun provided excellent service, upgrading our room to what our child called the biggest room they'd ever stayed in! We also received refreshing Qingbuliang daily, along with a mini-bar and fruits. The kids had a fantastic time.

The hotel was quiet and uncrowded, giving off a perfect vacation vibe. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was very responsive to all our needs. The breakfast also had an à la carte menu, which was exquisite and delicious. I accidentally left a piece of clothing when I checked out, and the hotel proactively contacted me and even helped mail it to my home. I'm very grateful for that!

My first stay at Banyan Tree was absolutely wonderful! You can go fishing and mudflats, and I even saw a beautiful sunset. The room was spacious and the air conditioning worked great. The room smelled amazing too! And my lovely butler, Lily, was incredibly attentive and super nice. I'd definitely come back here again if I get the chance!

Even though the hotel has been open for a while, the rooms are exceptionally well-maintained. We got to watch the most beautiful sunsets every day, and the pool's water circulation was excellent. The location is also fantastic. I'm very satisfied and will definitely stay here again when I come back to Sanya!

The environment is beautiful, and the beach is fantastic. Plus, there are daily snacks and small gifts, which made the experience even better! We also enjoyed the free karaoke – the sound system was superb. The travel photography was excellent, and the staff were incredibly dedicated.
