This was the worst hotel experience ever. We booked two pool-view rooms for two nights during the May Day holiday, costing nearly 6000 yuan in total. Apart from the public areas, everything else was incredibly disappointing. The rooms had old, worn-out facilities and a musty smell. The sliding doors were difficult to open and close, requiring a lot of force. Pest control in the public areas wasn't as thorough as other hotels. The toilet needed to be held down for a long time to flush properly, and every corner was dirty and old. The most outrageous thing happened on the second day when we returned to our room and found that the cleaning staff had left a rag inside, the door wasn't closed, and the cleaning wasn't even finished. I thought the room had been ransacked. When I asked the front desk, they said the cleaner had gone upstairs to help clean another room, and there was no cleaning cart outside. If my belongings had been stolen during that time, who would be responsible? Their solution was to offer a plate of fruit (previously, when I encountered a similar issue with a broken door at an InterContinental hotel, they offered dinner and an upgraded suite with excellent service). They just said there were cameras at the door and no one would steal anything, refusing any other compensation. Their problem-solving and service attitude were truly terrible. It seems they only care about one-time business and don't consider guests' feelings at all. I will never stay at this hotel again. For a good and comfortable experience, everyone should try to choose newer hotels with good service! **Facilities:** Dilapidated, broken, and outdated equipment. **Environment:** The public areas are decent and close to the beach, but the rooms are in terrible condition. **Service:** Apart from the person who helped with luggage at the entrance, the rest of the staff had a poor service attitude.

Although it was only a partial sea view, the front desk attendant gave me a room with a great view, directly overlooking the pool downstairs. The hotel has a strong resort vibe with a direct path to the beach. I would definitely come back again if I have the chance. 60-minute Chinese massage: Very comfortable. If your booking includes a massage, you absolutely have to try it!

Facilities: The hardware is excellent, a very standard luxury hotel. Cleanliness: The hygiene is good, and the bedding is very comfortable. Environment: The location is fantastic, in the city center near Xiaodonghai with mature surrounding amenities. Service: The service was decent. P.S.: The gym closes at 6 PM.

1. The hygiene was terrible. The sink in the bathroom was covered in toothpaste stains from previous guests. 2. The service was also awful. The fruit provided in the room was rotten! I didn't notice and picked it up, getting sticky goo all over my hand. 3. I don't know what the hotel's standards are for its staff. Some staff members take off their shoes before entering the room, but two male staff members walked directly onto the room's carpet with their shoes on. Nice hotel, I came to Sanya every time ~I live here,live in this hotel.nice sunshine,nice beaches,nice food.only if the boy who gives the chair on the beaches be more friendly and quiet, I t will be a perfect place!so give you an advice ,just fire the boy named Yangzai.

I'm quite satisfied with my stay. I booked my flight and hotel on the day of the Qingming Festival. I'd actually been looking at hotels for days, and on the booking day, this was the most suitable option when searching for queen-size sea view rooms under a thousand yuan. Xiaodonghai is very private overall; I later visited Dadonghai and found it too flashy. The hotel's public areas aren't large, but for a young person traveling alone, it was perfectly sufficient and convenient. The pool offers views of the mountains, sea, coconut trees, and green lawns. I was pretty much the only one swimming, which was a really awesome experience! You can even glimpse the sea from the bathtub in the room, and the showerhead had excellent water pressure, which I really liked. I hope to come back to Sanya during the peak season on a sunny day next time.

The villa is beautiful and the pool water is very clean. The hotel is right next to the beach, so you can walk over and dip your toes in the water. The rooms are large and plentiful, and I got a bit disoriented when I first checked in. Unlike other standalone villa hotels I've stayed at, this one doesn't have a butler service; you need to call the front desk for any requests. It also felt like the hotel was understaffed. We checked in during peak hours, and the front desk staff looked very tired and overwhelmed. They didn't even guide guests queuing up in an orderly fashion. The experience in this regard was quite poor compared to the Hilton we stayed at two days ago. If you're staying in a villa, you'll need to bring your own mosquito repellent. Because the rooms are so large and there's a lot of greenery, even electric mosquito coils were largely ineffective. I didn't see any mosquito traps or similar facilities outside either. We were almost carried away by Sanya's mosquitoes!

Stayed here over a year ago and loved it. Will be a repeat customer. They have so many activities and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The rooms are always impeccable. The staff is very friendly and professional.

Luhuitou resort is stunning! The design is amazing, and the location couldn't be better. Our room was big and very comfortable. While we hit a few maintenance issues during our stay, the staff solved them quickly. A beautiful, relaxing spot in Sanya that I’d definitely recommend to others.

The views are lovely, and the hotel's massage service was great. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, and the driver was excellent. Our room opened right onto the pool, and a short walk led directly to the beach and ocean. They even prepared a cake for my early birthday celebration. It was a very satisfying trip!

This is the worst hotel in Sanya, absolutely trash! The service is terrible, the environment is awful! Anyone who stays here will regret it. I spent over 5,000 yuan, it felt like throwing money away! Do NOT book this hotel!

This place is incredibly run-down. Coupled with the Southeast Asian decor and the lack of people, it just gives off a really eerie vibe. It desperately needs a renovation! The location is actually great though, very convenient for those who enjoy catching seafood.

Just checked out! This hotel in Luhuitou was a real surprise. Perched halfway up the mountain, the views are absolutely incredible, offering a panoramic sunset over Sanya Bay. The room was spacious, and soaking in the bathtub on the balcony while looking out at the sea was incredibly relaxing. The service was thoughtful, and they even welcomed us with a fruit platter. The only minor drawback is that you need a taxi to get in and out, but for these views, it's definitely worth it. I'll be back next time!

Yeah, it was a very comfortable and quiet stay. Highly recommend it. It's a scenic spot right at the edge of the city.
