The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it an ideal choice for travelers. My room was very spacious, beautiful and comfortable, featuring a super comfortable king-size bed. The bathroom was the perfect size and included a lovely open-concept bathtub, which I appreciated. I enjoyed an amazing, beautiful ocean view from my balcony, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally accommodating, especially Mr. Feng Yu. Despite my limited Mandarin and inability to read Chinese, he went above and beyond to assist me. He personally helped book my complementary round-trip shuttle to the mall, walked me to the shuttle stop, ensured I got on safely, and explained where to return for my pickup. They also kindly arranged for a late check-out, making me feel well cared for as a solo traveler. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a variety of fresh options with both Western and traditional Chinese selections. Thanks to the attentive staff and Mr. Feng Yu’s exceptional care, my stay truly felt like a home away from home.

Excellent value hotel with distinct views of the Sanya airport runway. Good breakfast and facilities. Staff is polite. About 10 mins drive from airport and 10 mins walk to the endless Sanya Bay beach. Can be a bit noisy due to airport proximity

Nice place to stay. Breakfast good. I received a free room upgrade and everyone are very friendly and helpfull, Helena is a outstanding manager. Near the beach, restaurantes and coffee shops. I will stay here again for sure.

it’s very affordable hotel. it’s quite clean. I think it's worth your money. It’s also not so far from the beach. And very close to airport. If you open your windows you can hear the planes.

Highlight reception friendlyness of Ms. Zong. Overall good hotel for the money. Location close to the beach (10min walk) and to several restaurants. Only negative point is that the hotel is very close to the airport what causes noises 24/7. But the kids loved it watching airplanes all day from the balcony. :-)

The service is excellent, especially the employee Miss xiao deng, Miss xiao fang, Miss xiao ya, they are very helpful and kind. It is the best choice I've eve made. The facilities are great and the food is delicious. Also there is a traveling agency who offer the good service to the travelers, highly recommended.

The hotel was a great option among local hotels of similar prices. It had a swimming pool. The only shortcoming was that it seemed understaffed. For example, when we checked in, there was only one young male manager surnamed Yang at the reception desk, who had to be busy dealing with many guests at one time. Overall, the stay was pleasant.

We only needed the hotel for a night and the location near the airport was convenient! The decorations and the rooms look very nice, but the room smells like mold, a lot!!!
