Every turn offered a new picturesque scene, perfect for photos, creating an immersive atmosphere. - **Facilities:** The suspended infinity pool was absolutely stunning. The kids' club and spa were well-equipped. All facilities were new and well-maintained, making for an excellent vacation experience. - **Butler Service:** Hailey was incredibly responsive and attentive. She proactively checked on our needs, and her attention to detail made us feel truly cared for and warm. The entire experience was super comfortable. - **Dining:** The freshly squeezed juices and warm croissants at breakfast were delicious. All ingredients for the meals came directly from the hotel's farm, ensuring freshness and healthiness, and the taste was superb.

Excellent service and I absolutely loved the decor – a simple, natural wood style. The breakfast was also delicious, especially the freshly baked bread which shows a lot of care. From the food to the accommodation, the ambiance, and even the scent, I was completely satisfied with this hotel.

From my very first interaction, she was incredibly friendly and helped me with all sorts of small requests throughout my stay, always with amazing patience. No matter what small issue I had, she quickly sorted it out. Her service attitude was absolutely fantastic and made me feel so welcome. My stay was perfect thanks to her – definitely a five-star experience!

We stayed at the room with private pool access. A short stay, but great memory. Interior design, garden, swimming pool, architecture of the hotel were top notch. Services, hospitality, breakfast, cocktails were top notch too. The staffs of hotel did help us a lot and that made our trip to Sanya a wonderful. Thank you whole team. Traveling solo, I looked at many hotels and ultimately chose O.N.E. Hotel because I loved its decor. The scent upon entering the hotel was also delightful. I picked a room facing the sea, which was incredibly comfortable and perfect for some quiet contemplation. They also offer various activities like travel photography, yoga, and crafts. When I was bored, I could order a drink or a coconut from the hotel's afternoon tea menu. They also assigned a personal butler, and my butler, Yulia, was lovely. She patiently answered every question, and her smiles always brightened my day. She even helped arrange hotel activities based on my itinerary. All the hotel staff greeted me with a smile. It was a wonderful experience, and I'm looking forward to staying here again next time, especially since the price was so reasonable.

The hotel is located in Haitang Bay, very close to the duty-free shop. We got a room upgrade. The hotel is quiet with not many guests, which gives it a real vacation feel. There are many activities every day, and a beautiful tennis court too. The room was spacious and comfortable, we received welcome fruits upon arrival, and the bedding was soft, ensuring a good night's sleep. The service was also good.

This hotel's rooms are incredibly clean, with housekeeping twice a day. The service is absolutely fantastic; they helped us with our luggage during both check-in and check-out, and all the staff were super friendly and enthusiastic. The room layout is also excellent, and there are many free family activities that my son really enjoyed. It was a very comfortable and satisfying vacation.

A Stunning Stay at 1 Hotel Sanya I recently stayed at 1 Hotel in Sanya, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. It’s easily one of the most visually impressive hotels I’ve visited. The staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating, and I want to give special recognition to Jonathan from the concierge team. He was outstanding throughout my stay—friendly, attentive, and consistently going above and beyond. Every request I had was handled with care, and his assistance made the experience even more seamless. The pool area was fantastic, spacious and relaxing. Although only one pool was open during my stay since it wasn’t peak season, the one available was more than enough to enjoy. Breakfast was another highlight—there was a large variety of dishes, offering something for every preference, and everything I tried was fresh and delicious. Another great feature is the access to the beach via an under-path, which conveniently runs beneath the busy road. It’s a short walk of about five minutes and makes getting to the beach safe and easy. Overall, 1 Hotel Sanya perfectly blends style, comfort, and exceptional service. I’d highly recommend it and would happily stay again.
