My stay was ok. I was actually happy that I had to stay only 1 night cause I was disappointed on the level of the hotel compared to other InterContinental I stayed in other countries. I love bathtubs and the room had one I did not want to use. It was a let down for the price I paid which was not cheap so I was expecting more. The breakfast was great cause Brazilian cuisine is awesome! I also did not appreciate the condescending tone of the staff at the front desk. I would not stay there again nor will I recommend to anyone.

I have stayed four times in this hotel and I always will come back. The last stay I had some small problems and they were solved the same day with so much care. I felt treated like a king and really liked the personal care. The amazing things about this hotel to me is firstly the staff. They are very nice. It goes from people working at the reception desk, the congierge, the people working at the breakfast, the boulangerie next (and part of) the hotel (which by the way is a must go, delcious pastries) , securtiy and other staff. Several times when they noticed that I speak a little Portuguese, they try to make small talk and make me feel very welcome. They also appreciate me trying in Portuguese. Of course the staff at the reception and breakfast also communicates in English. Second, the location, next to Ibirapuera park (walking distance), just 10 min away by Uber (which is cheap also) from Paulista av., popular neighbourhoods as Moema, Itaim Bibi and Pinheiros makes it the perfect location for my stay. Within several minutes I am in almost all the good spots of the city (even though the city is huge). Depending on the room, you will have a good view of the city or park also. For the rest the service is great, the breakfast is amazing, I could just critcize the cakes that could be more fresh, for the rest the sweet pastries (changing daily) are perfect. There is a lot of choice in fruits, salty food, healthy food and also you can order fresly made tapioca, waffles, omelettes with the toppings you like. Also several natural juices. I am very picky with breakfast, but for this value, the breakfast is great. The hotel itself is very elegant and classy. It is stylish with French/European elegant style. When you like very modern and new, it might be not your place. The rooms are great. The bedding (sheets, pillows) are of high quality, the shower flow is strong and hot (when preffered), you can notice the small details that make it really a 5 star stay. There is a good gym (with staff), tennis fields, spa, swimmingpool, so there are lots of options. Even though for me it is the perfect place (quality, price, location, service, etc) and I would always prefer to stay at this hotel in Sao Paulo, the internet over all could be a little faster (standard is 25MB), but when I asked, the staff at the hotel helped with a better connection. The airconditioning for me personally could be a little colder/stronger (I like cold in the night), but for most it will be sufficient. Overall for me the hotel is 9,9 out of 10, highly recommend!

剛開始住感覺還就那樣。接下來兩周兩天換一個酒店，實話實說同價位這個還是個方面平均下來最好的。 當然啦，設施偏舊，邊上有個工地還蠻吵得。 還有就是做布朗運動的價格，同一周周一1000塊，周二550塊，周三700塊，周四900塊，周五530塊，同一間房間。這價格波動有些離譜的。

O apart-hotel é bom, mas foi profundamente decepcionante o fato de eu e minha família termos escolhido ele por algumas comodidades que na hora que chegamos fomos informados que aconteceria de forma diferente do contratado. Me hospedei em janeiro de 2024, verão, escolhi devido ao fato de ter piscina e na chegada ao hotel fomos informados que a mesma estava em reforma e não poderia ser usada. Isso não foi avisado na hora da reserva. Segundo ponto decepcionante: contratamos café da manhã no hotel e mais uma vez ao chegarmos fomos informados que o hotel estava em obra e o café da manhã seria um voucher na cafeteria frans que fica na esquina do aparthotel, ou seja, comida e café limitado ao valor do voucher, precisávamos caminhar pela rua para chegar a cafeteria, lá faltavam alguns itens do cardápio, incluíam ainda a porcentagem da garçonete, enfim, não foi o que contratamos novamente. O hotel é novo, funcionários educados, há amenidades no quarto como capsulas de café, cotonete, touca de banho, lixa de unha, shampoo e há uma venda no térreo com preço justo para levarmos algo ao quarto, mas devido aos contratempos vivenciados, não retorno. Odeio me sentir enganada, pois obtive um produto diferente do contratado.

It was a great stay for three nights. Its a new and modern building near the metro and bus station so you can travel around the city easily. The apartment is new, fully equipped, clean, good size including a big balcony, netflix and fast internet. The place is near restaurants.

Fui atraída pela localização e pela novidade de me hospedar em um studio, como assim são chamados, ao invés de me hospedar em um hotel. Ao chegar, por volta de umas 21h30, já fui surpreendida por não haver nenhum atendente que pudesse me receber para realizar o check-in. Havia apenas um porteiro segurança que não tinha nenhuma lista ou informação a respeito das reservas confirmadas. Após meia hora de espera, ele me passou o Whatsapp da Atlântida, responsável pelo empreendimento, para que eu entrasse em contato com eles para a realização do check-in, mesmo eu tendo o voucher e estadia paga no site da Trip.com. Depois de muitas trocas de mensagens e informações, consegui subir para o quarto, já um tanto quanto impaciente com toda a espera e falta de orientação prévia, pois se soubesse que o procedimento era esse, já teria feito e me poupado de todo esse estresse. Check-in confirmado fui surpreendida negativamente, pela segunda vez ao saber que a minha reserva não tinha direito a garagem. Em momento algum, quando fiz a reserva pelo site da Teip.com e pagamento da hospedagem me abriu a opção de studio com garagem ou sem garagem, enfim, mais um erro. Ao subir já me deparei com a dificuldade de acessar o código da porta para entrar no quarto. Bem ineficiente este tipo de tranca. Mas depois de tantos percalços a minha vontade era apenas entrar e tomar um banho. A terceira surpresa negativa se deu em relação ao espaço. Apesar de bem decorado e com cara de novo, o quarto com uma pia, cooktop de duas bocas e alguns eletros (e não um studio como divulgado) era muito menor do que apresentado nas imagens. A cama não era do tamanho de casal e sim de viúva. Ou seja, tudo muito compacto e apertado. Sem falar que a TV não funcionava direito, havia duas cadeiras quebradas, um chuveiro sem pressão alguma e a porta de entrada que vazava luz de fora para dentro do quarto. Enfim. O que era para ser uma experiência bacana, acabou se transformando em uma grande frustração. Uma pena!
