Very good quality/price ratio, also the location is not bad.

The rooms are good . The food is just ok. Overall experience is average.

This isn't the first time we've stayed at the Colombia hotel; we chose it again because we've been there before. The only thing that left much to be desired this time was the breakfast. Even on Sunday, our last day, the breakfast was reasonable, but on the first and second days, I think it was due to fewer guests, which doesn't justify it because the quality of service, regardless of the number of guests, should always be the same. Even my son-in-law asked for milk, and the attendant said they didn't have any. This is unacceptable for a hotel chain that offers a service during your stay and doesn't deliver 100%. I hope they return to having the same quality of service regardless of the number of guests.

Facilities: Full of historical atmosphere, this hotel is worth experiencing for those who want to feel like they are staying at the end of the last century.

The description says there's a fitness center. But that's a lie. There isn't one. The renovations are dated, the furniture is old. It doesn't match the photos.

Not bad in principle, just everything, but in the city center. The Cathedral da Se is located nearby, I recommend going there if you are interested. The city center itself is dirty and full of tramps, well, the hotel has nothing to do with it of course.

The hotel has a superior location, convenient transportation, good sanitary conditions, enthusiastic front desk service, rich breakfast, large shower pressure, and large room size. It is a budget hotel worth recommending for travel and business.

I felt at home, everyone was very friendly. The hotel's security is incredible. I just didn't like the breakfast very much. I thought there weren't enough options and quantity for all the guests.

The breakfast provided is relatively acceptable and the price is favorable; other conveniences are not optimal.
