Ulasan Intercity Pamplona – Universe Paulista

We had a great stay at this hotel—everything was just right. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed. We also really enjoyed the food; the meals were fresh, well-prepared, and offered a good variety. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The rooms were clean. Our group booked three rooms, but the amenities seemed inconsistent; some rooms had none, some had toiletries, and some only had soap – there was no set schedule. Breakfast had a wide variety of breads but limited cooked food…making breakfast less appealing. 🥣

The room facilities are a bit old, probably built earlier. But the room was big and clean. Especially there is a microwave and a kettle. The breakfast is very rich, I like papaya. Some people also fried eggs on the spot. The service was warm and hospitable. There is a gym. There is also a swimming pool. Excellent location. The surrounding is safe. Continue to live here. It is better to book early. I later renewed my reservation and the price was 1/3 more expensive than the first night. The bath towels are a bit old, it would be better if they could be updated uniformly.

Nice staff and good location, near Paulista Avenue. Correct breakfast. Spacious room with good views, although the furniture and bathroom are somewhat dated.

Très bien situé près de l’avenue Paulista avec un service de petit déjeuner très bon. Appartement très confortable avec une cuisine et un petit salon. Parfait pour une étape à Sao Paulo
