元々高評価の口コミもあり2泊させていただきました。 スタッフの対応、設備の充実、清潔感、朝食バイキングと口コミどおり素晴らしいものでした。倍の料金だったとしても驚かないクオリティだとおもいます。 あえて1点だけ気になったことがあるとすれば、サラリーマンや運動系部活の学生らしい団体客がいたのですが、風呂場やサウナで大声で話したり、サウナ後に掛け水もせずに水風呂にはいる、廊下で騒ぐなど、非常識な人も複数目にしました。 これはホテルの問題ではなく、客の問題だとは思いますが、そのような非常識な人もいる前提で、チェックインの際は特に団体客への注意喚起をしていただいたり、風呂場にわかりやすい注意書きをしていただければと思います。 また札幌に行く際は利用させていただこうと思います。 ありがとうございました。

We stayed in this hotel for 2d1n as a couple. The room was small, but big enough for us to lay our luggage out to pack. The best part about this hotel is the location, which is super near to the Susukino district which is famous for shopping, bars, clubs, etc. It is a short walk from the famous Ramen alley and shopping street stretch as well. We had a comfortable stay, and the reception was very helpful. Overall a pleasant and fuss-free experience.

お風呂の見た目は綺麗な新しいユニットバスだけど排水に髪の毛が沢山詰まっていてすごい流れが悪くてティッシュで凄い量の毛をとりました。 ２日目、部屋に戻ると部屋の清掃とタオル類の補充はされていました。が、布団の上に髪の毛が。。。自分の髪の色と違うし、長さも違うので絶対に私のでは無い。潔癖症では無いと思うけど部屋で何度も知らない人の毛を拾うのは嫌でした。 泊まるだけなら安いし良いと思うけどフロントの人も感じ悪くて、ムスッとしてるし、また行こうとは思わないかな。 立地はとても良いと思います。 道路側の部屋は夜中に外の音が結構聞こえるのと上の階の足音が聞こえるけど。

3月12日に1泊させてもらいました。 大通公園寄りの新築ピカピカなホテルです。 まずフロントの方が感じ良くて丁寧。到着時間が遅れると連絡したところ、先ほどはご連絡ありがとうございますと笑顔で言っていただき部屋に入る前から嬉しい気持ちになりました。 1階には貸出しコーナーがありシャンプーに乳液、クレンジング等無料で借りることができます。 今回は20時からの安いプランでしたが次はもっと滞在したいと思いました。 コーヒー無料も嬉しいです。 出発の時も清掃係の方が元気良く挨拶をしてくれました。 コスパ抜群でお部屋もキレイだし何より接客がいいホテルでおススメですよ♪

I’ve been to Sapporo several times and also wanted to stay at this hotel.
Location is very convenient, just next to JR Sapporo station, driving there is easy as well. Parking for a small fee on site without the hassle of going outdoors is a plus as it is very cold outside during this period.
Hotel is surrounded by many stores and restaurants, there are plenty to choose from.
Breakfast is average, but the view is really nice. The nearby restaurants make up for the average onsite breakfast.
The view from our room was fantastic, day and night view of Sapporo is an eye catcher. The amenities they provide is also of good quality.
The hotel could use some renovation as it is beginning to look dated. Also downside is that the onsen on the 22 floor requires additional fee. It would be great if hotel guest can use it for free.
Overall a very nice hotel and I would definitely return.

Room is very new and spacious, they put into a 3 beds room though I only booked twin bed room, the space for luggage is limited. Bathroom is wonderful. Cleanliness is sparkling, the cleaning team is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is excellent, they serve high quality food with great variety. Restaurant staffs are very friendly as well. One thing I would just hope they have the new slippers by request, the Japanese slippers are not that stable and for hygiene purposes.

PPengguna TetamuVery happy with our two night stay - good food, drinks, service, onsen and very clean premises. As other reviews have written - there are so many amenities and complimentary offerings here - afternoon tea including wine, after dinner drinks, well-stocked mini-bar all inclusive, and lovely breakfast and dinners. The rooms are very comfortable. For onsen, there is on- premise one outside onsen and we enjoyed two others at the close-by sister hotel, including the detached bathhouse throw-back to an all stone and wood onsen. Marvelous.

MMei Leng LimI recently stayed at the Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo for three nights in a Standard Family Room on the 7th floor and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The room comfortably accommodated our group of four, and we were pleasantly surprised to find two separate bathrooms with bathtubs, which added a significant level of convenience for our family. While the room did not offer any particular views, the value for money was undeniable.
The hotel's buffet spread was another highlight of our stay. With a wide variety of options, it catered well to different tastes and preferences, ensuring a satisfying start to each day.
A couple of logistical aspects made our stay even more seamless. We were able to return our rental car directly at the hotel, having rented from Toyota Rent-a-Car. This saved us a lot of time and hassle. Additionally, we utilized the Airport Bus service from the hotel, purchasing tickets easily at the front desk on the day of our departure. This convenience allowed us to relax and enjoy our last moments in Sapporo without any stress.
One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was the excellent service. We had purchased quite a bit of chocolate from the Royce Chocolate Factory, and the hotel staff went above and beyond by accepting and storing our delivery until we arrived a day or two later. This level of service truly enhanced our experience.
The hotel's location is another significant advantage. It is about a 10-minute walk from Sapporo Station, making it very accessible. For those interested in exploring local shopping areas, Tanuki Koji is a manageable 30-minute walk away.
Overall, the Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo offers excellent value for money with its well-appointed rooms, great amenities, convenient location, and outstanding service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapporo.

JJacquelin SLTook the train from New Chitose Airport to Sapporo station for 1150yen, got a Cab using GO app to the hotel for 1270yen, which was around 1.8km. Its walkable to the hotel through Sapporo station using the underground pathway until Odori station exit 3 turn left and go straight for 300m until you see Lawson and turn left again go straight for another 200m. The food buffet was fantastic, love the pork belly, salmon slice, rice, porridge, desserts, yogurt, shrimp ramen noodle… etc. Around 100m to Tanukikoji street..plenty of shops and restaurants. The streetcar also nearby around 100m just pay 200yen you can go around the city, can use kitaca card or cash. Going back to New Chitose airport it’s nearby 300m opposite Hotel Abest go through Tanuki koji street just pay 1300yen.

JJeston NgThis hotel is located strategically at Sapporo City Centre, opposite Odori Park, airport bus directly stop in front of hotel, approx 10mins walk to JR station, etc. Easy access to convenient stores and food nearby. Booked a triple room & size is considered acceptable for Japan standard. Room is clean & well equipped wt TV, wifi, hair dryer, fridge etc. However, water bottle was only provided once on check in & thereafter no refill of water bottle. Vending machine & ice dispenser are available on my floor.

Stayed with family for one night before heading home. Would stay again. Oh yes... No driveway which made the drop off during a snow shower quite challenging.

The buffet breakfast is delicious with many varieties and selections. One area to improve is if the hotel could provide drinking water or water refill services, then it will make the stay perfect.

PPengguna Tetamu今回の5日間の旅行のうち、わずか1泊2日であったが、色々と体験することができました。 １．先ず予約時について、今回は、羽田ー新千歳－札幌ーーと公共交通機関利用。サービスの札幌からの送迎バス予約を電話で依頼したら、 先ず予約確定してからとのことで、webで航空便(14時頃着)とホテル予約を入れ、電話したら(バス:14時,15時,16時発の認識であったが)、 今は14時のみで満席とのこと。よって、新千歳ー札幌ー真駒内ーホテル付近のバス停迄３時間近くでうんざり。 まず最初に”2時発のみで、満席”の案内が欲しかった。 ２．チェックイン対応はスムーズ(旅行割引は利用していない)であったが、明朝の札幌への送迎バスは”満席で、キャンセル待ちも出来ない”と とりつくしまもなし。 ３．部屋(10階 T/W)は(安価な本館を予約)想像以上に広くて使い勝手は良かったが、備品、クローゼット、バス・トイレ等当何分にも”相当古び た感じ”だが、川側の部屋で見晴らしも良く、利用には差支えなかった。ただ、クローゼット内のセーフテイボックス、衣装盆が床面に置か れていたのは、棚板をつけるなりして利用者の立場に立った配慮・設備にしてほしいと感じた。 ４．風呂は、1階、16階とも利用しました。大型ホテルに恥じない広さで、大勢の利用が出来るが、利用時は、共に利用者は少なかったので 存分に過ごすことができた。個人差はあるが、共にやや湯温が低く感じた。 ５．食事(夕・朝食)は、一部のカウンターには列をなしていたが、止むを得ないと思った。種類は、多彩であったが、正直なところ今一特徴 が感じられなかった。例えば(夕食)、ステーキが多量に用意されてカウンターにあったが、その配置(焼き上がり・盛・飾りつけ位置等)、 また、(朝食)海鮮丼についても(ごはん・海鮮等)各人の盛り付けを、事前にご飯のみを盛り付け(普通と少量の２種)準備し、人の流れを スムーズに出来ないか、そうすればおのずと楽しく、美味しくいただけると感じた。ウエイター・ウエイトレスも、大勢配置されている ので、食器の下げ等サービスプラス、配膳補助に従事してはいかがか。 ６．翌朝一に、フロントを尋ね(送迎バス利用可否)たが同様であった。路線バスの時間・乗場案内図をコピーしてもらった(スリランカ国籍の 女性が担当)際は、懇切丁寧な対応で感謝。 ７．チェッアウトは、スムーズで良かった。再再度、札幌行きの送迎バスの利用を尋ねたが、同様全く満席で利用不可とのことであった。 ８．バス停に向かおうと玄関先まで来た際に、朝一にフロントで尋ねたスリランカ国籍の女性が、飛んできて、丁度止まっていた札幌行きの 送迎バスの運転手に我々の乗車の可能性を折衝をしてくれました。その結果、その送迎バスに乗車が出来ました。そのバスにはまだまだ 空席が多々見受けられました。 いくらサービスのバスでも、フロントの対応には心が通っていないものと感じましたが、玄関先まで飛んできてくれた、この女性の対応 のすばらしさに感謝、感激！！！ ９．よって、札幌駅には45分ほどで着き、路線バス・地下鉄より1時間も節約でき、次の宿泊地・小樽に余裕をもって行けました。
