Hotel service is excellent , specially Suzuki ! Good location for shopping and dinning etc Good location for shuttle bus to airport! Hotel price and location are the best for consumer !! Great deal !

Location was good, located on the shopping street. About 3 minutes walk to Susukino subway station, via underground. Hotel room was quite dusty. Small room, barely enough floor space to open 1 luggage. Heater and aircon are combined, and work well. Staff is friendly and efficient, but only some of them can speak english. Coin laundry is great, but only 2 machines so may be occupied.

Excellent location with close proximity to the shops which is the best part of the hotel. Overall clean and tidy.

Location is gorgeous! The best part is the shower room, Japanese style with a bathtub.

All staff are english speaking. Location is pretty gd!! Right smack in the middle of all the shops. Everything is within walking distance. The subway, odori Park is all connected.. hotel as 2 entrances grat to cut walking ard time. breakfast was quite filling eventhough same items everyday. trust me can save a bit of money.. toilet and bath is separated which I like. Shower stuff is given but no bottled water. Other toiletries u can take as u need from the lobby..

It’s really convenient and good for people to travel in Hokkaido!

お風呂、トイレ、洗面所と水回りのセパレートはとても使い易すく決して広く無い部屋のスペースを上手にコンパクトに配置しています。 ロケーションは狸小路商店街アーケード内からも入れて悪天候でも問題ありません。 追加で1階にある昼以降は飲食店(居酒屋さん)になる朝食を利用しましたが、お刺身や北海道料理も美味しく頂きました。 今回のお値段でしたら次もリピートします👍 ※お部屋のアップグレードありがとうございました😊
