Great hotel in great location. Staff is nice and Breakfast is beyond expectations.

This newly opened hotel is perfectly located next to Susukino station on Level 7. The Airport Limousine Bus will drop you about 1 block back from the hotel. The rooms are fairly small yet functional, bigger rooms have the lesser view so pick a small room. You will be unable to access the hotel onsen/spa unless you book a premium room with no paid access allowed. This seems like an incredible shortsided mindset of the hotel especially if the onsen is empty. Why not offer paid entry to guests during quiet times? The hotel also participates in extensive greenwashing with a fake commitment to helping the environment. If you choose eco housekeeping, they will still throw away your toothbrush and replace with another. On top of this, they give you a QR code to redeem a free bottle of water of tea (unsure how this helps the environment?) Breakfast is okay but be sure to arrive before 9am as food is not replenished or replaced on the buffet. There are lots of service staff standing and running around but not much productivity of cleaning tables, removing plates etc. The local area has extensive “girl information” shop fronts so I probably wouldn’t recommend the area for families although it did feel safe.

This is a brand new hotel in Susukino area. The access is so convenient, connected to a mall and there’s a Lawson at the ground floor. Staff can’t speak English well, but they tried their best to communicate with me. I stay at the standard room, it was not too big but very clean. Heater works well, and all room amenities can be found at the lobby. Thank you so much for making my 4D3N memorable!

New hotel, downstairs is shopping mall and supermarket. Super good location

This hotel is very good and very new (opened in 2024). The cleaning service is top notch - they do not touch important stuff and help to organise dirty stuff. enjoyed my stay here and its location is super good. You can get any better location than this 👍

Momoko San have good service for us, breakfast is good, Hotelinside aroma made relax. I will come again.

Location is great and easy access, staffs are helpful and the room is clean. Opposite hotel there is airport limousine bus to New Chitose airport which is very convenient.

Hotel is very new and very clean. Good thing is near train station, Where ever you go is very convenient.

Good location clean and tidy, offer laundry and microwave smooth check in and check out service, better provide more information during the brief, including airport shuttle bus offer Yukata in room but only premium guests could access onsen on 18/F, which is kind of not acceptable. at least should offer a chance to make reservation, disappointing.

Connected directly to the subway station and shopping mall. It is the perfect hotel to stay. Newly built. The staff however seem a bit reluctant and unwilling to help with one of my problems I faced during my trip. Other than that, recommend to stay here.

Everything is perfect, except not able to use the bath, already a + room

The decoration of our room is so elegant but at the same time has a home like touch. Every stuff showed attention to detail. Even the glasses and cups in the room are of very high quality! My son super likes the breakfast. It’s so delicious and the lounge is cosy. Staff at the reception is helpful and speak fluent English. Location is very convenience too. Will visit again next year!

Overall are great! I will come again with my family and friends.
