Excellent location, services, room cleanness and facilities. You can find a washing machine and microwave oven in your room! The scallops miso soup provided in the breakfast buffet was amazing! Will come back and stay in this hotel next time when I visit Sapporo again 😊

Yo, so I stayed at this hotel, and it was pretty comfy, I'd give it a 4 out of 5. But the pillows were way too small and soft, man. Like, I couldn't even get a good night's sleep. And the cleanliness was alright, but the carpet in the room and the hallways was super dusty. It was like I was walking through a sandstorm or something. The location and service were okay, but nothing special. They didn't really go above and beyond or anything.

The best hotel I have ever stayed in Japan. You can find anything that you need to use in their room such as microwave, induction cooker, kitchen wares, washing machine, detergent, shoes dyer and etc. I really like washing machine with dryer in one, It's very convenien. Great location.

Tokyu Stay Sapporo Odori pleasantly surprised me with a room that had a washing and drying machine which made laundry so convenient! The location was great too, with restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

The hotel is really nice and clean. There is a washing machine in the room. So good!

Nice location for those like to shopping. Just one block to Tanukikoji Shopping Street And two blocks next to the odori park!

The location is ok but not the best. Services is not really good and the room is small. There are better hotel nearby to consider.

Very conveniently located with it's own carpark (however our rental car was too big and we had to park at the outdoor carpark just across the road). Staff were all courteous and helpful and I love that we have our own washer/dryer inside the room (and detergent is provided too). Will stay there again if I am in Sapporo.
