1. The hotel room facilities are clean and tidy. The room is relatively small but doesn't affect the experience. 2. The pillows are firm and very comfortable to sleep on, perfect for those who prefer a harder pillow over a soft, flat one. 3. The internet speed is good; streaming videos and browsing are smooth. 4. The hotel front desk staff are very polite, and checking out requires no formalities. The only issue is that it's a bit far from Sapporo Station. It can be quite challenging if you're walking with large or heavy luggage. It's more suitable for those driving (the hotel has a parking lot) or I'd recommend taking a taxi. Also, there aren't many amenities nearby; you have to walk a bit to get to a convenience store.

This hotel is too remote in winter; it's a long walk from Sapporo Station with your luggage. There are no convenience stores nearby, the nearest one is about a 10-minute walk away. The walls are scratched, and there's dust in the gap between the mattress and the wall.

The price was reasonable with breakfast, natural hot springs, and a free drink bar. The only negative point was that it was a little far from the station, but even with that I was satisfied.

It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Susukino, Sapporo's downtown area, but the location is not bad because you can just go underground from the middle. Breakfast is not bad either, and when you check in, choose the pillow you like first..! It is first-come-first-served, so there are no more later. But you don't have to worry because it is filled every day. There is a bathhouse, which is clean and well-maintained. There is a coin-operated washing machine and a coin-operated dryer, so you can wash clothes that are wet from the snow.

The breakfast buffet and the service of offering alcohol in the evening were great. The hot spring seemed a little small, but it was convenient to be able to check the crowding level on the TV in the room.
