I highly recommend this hotel for its in-room onsen facilities and private lounge, which is accessible until 10 pm and offers coffee, sparkling drinks, (beer, sake-night time) and snack bites at different times. The package includes both dinner and breakfast, making it well worth it, especially if you visit during the non-peak season.
The front door staff old uncle provided excellent service, greeting us with a smile even in the rain. During dinner service, a kind attendant old untie took the time to explain each item on the menu, making our experience even better.

This hotel is perfect. Very comfortable and very beautiful decoration everywhere. Very traditional onsen and very good environment. Food served is well-prepared and very delicious.

Everything with the hotel was 5*. From front desk, Ziggy to dinner waiter, Suzuki-san. And the onsen was great.

Jozankei Suisantei is very convenient. You can reserve a shuttle bus from Odori to the hotel entrance. There are also buses 🚌 that can be reached. The overall service is great. The room is big, beautiful, clean and tidy. The hotel hot spring is very good. There are also massage chairs and a library location. The environment is beautiful and the seats are comfortable. The snack area on 2/F is large and has a variety of drinks and alcoholic beverages. Dinner and breakfast are also well served and entertained. Thank you for the arrangement🙏🏻
