Talk about a stroke of luck! I booked a random room type and was upgraded to a high-floor room with a view of the park and the tower! The hotel has a sophisticated and artistic vibe, and I feel like its positioning is even higher than their properties in Kyoto. A delightful surprise was finding a record player and vinyl records in the room, which added such a charming touch. The only downside is the bed frame design – it's much wider than the mattress and has sharp corners. I bet every guest ends up bumping their shins on it...

Located across the street from the Sapporo TV Tower at one end of Odori Park. Hotel is modern and clean. Check-in and check-out are via machines on the second floor. Bed was comfortable. AC and WiFi worked well. In-room private bathroom with good shower.

Great location just in front of Sapporo tv tower. Just a few steps away from an underground mall and the subway, easy to get here from the airport. Service was good and there is also a coin-washing machine that made life easier. Room was a little small, but not so much that it affected my stay.

Really nice hotel but room design was a little cold. The only seat in the room was a small wooden bench with no cushion and i did miss the soothing ambience of late night tv after a long day of exploring. Record player was a nice touch but I didn’t even turn it on. Lounge was beautiful and staff was friendly. Good central location for access to public transit, Suskino and local attractions.

This hotel is super convenient, just three meters from Exit 24 of Odori Station. It even offers views of the Sapporo Clock Tower from the smoking area on the second floor or the rooftop terrace! The rooms are quite spacious, definitely bigger than what you'd typically find in Tokyo or Osaka. They even come equipped with a sound system and record player, which is a really cool and unique touch! Location-wise, it's excellent for transport and dining. You can easily access the surrounding areas via the Odori Station underground passage, so even in snowy weather, getting around is a breeze. Check-in is done using self-service machines, and the lobby is on the second floor, with a breakfast restaurant and bar on the first.

Main reason i stay for rooftop access, totally inaccesible due to thick snow, not removed. Two rooms given for my family pf 6 far apart - one end to another end. Check in problems kept asking me to deal with trip.com and never once tried to solve, family so tired after reaching still dun allow into room.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right across the street from Odori park, with views of the TV tower. The hotel itself is clean, and the rooms are a decent size compared to many other Japanese hotels. The check in staff were nice and professional, and there was always at least one who spoke English during my stay. I attempted to check in at approximately 1pm, but was told to come back at the 3pm check in time. They did proactively offer to store my luggage until then. There is easy access to an underground shopping area within a handful of steps of the hotel entrance, which was an added bonus.

Beautiful and well located hotel. Surprisingly big rooms (for Japan standards) and easy check-in/out. The breakfast is not good, though. Less than basic. On and all, a great stay.

Truly enjoyed our stay here! The room is cozy and comfortable, though there’s no tv in the room. Great view of Sapporo TV Tower from our room. The location is so central to everywhere. A few mins walk to the train station too. Would definitely come back!

I really like the rooftop view of this hotel. You can see the Sapporo TV Tower up close with nothing blocking the view. The café and the restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel also have a very nice atmosphere. And even though the hotel doesn’t have a TV in the room, but you get a vinyl record player instead, so you can enjoy listening to music. 🎶🏙️

The room was tiny. After barely managing to open two large suitcases, my kid had to jump over the beds just to move around. Check-in was self-service, so I can't really comment on the staff's service. I'd recommend skipping the breakfast here; there are plenty of cafes nearby, three within a two to three-minute walk. The hotel's breakfast wasn't great, we tried it once and gave up. You can see the TV Tower right from the window, there's a subway station downstairs, and convenience stores are a three to five-minute walk away. Next door is a bakery with pretty good bread. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to Sapporo JR station, which makes it convenient for shopping. Overall, the value for money was just okay.

Location is right infront of the sapporo tower. We need to take the amenities and mineral water at the lobby. They let us store luggage for free before checkin. Thank u! Very close to odori train station entrance. There is an underground shopping entrance right infront of hotel, with a 7Eleven and pharmacy as the first shopsu see. Convenient. Next to the hotel is Daimaru which is great for ladies shopping
