Hotel berhampiran Sapporo Fureai Forest, Sapporo

Room size was bit small. Location of TV needed to redesign as it was not in front of the bed. The refrigerator is very good as my soft drink was almost frozen. Staff are friendly and helpful. It is good to know that they have a lounge for in house guest to relax including Massage Chair on 2F.

Lokasinya betul-betul di sebelah pintu keluar stesen ST, jadi sangat mudah untuk keluar! Seronok dapat minum air tulen bila buka paip dalam bilik! Bilik ini sangat bersih, dengan pelembap, pemanasan, dll., serta semburan wangian untuk pakaian. Bagi orang yang mengalami kecederaan belakang, katilnya tidak terlalu lembut dan tidak terlalu keras, menjadikannya mudah untuk tidur. Walaupun harga sarapan lebih mahal, ia juga lazat. Akan mahu melawat lagi lain kali!

We stayed in this hotel for 2d1n as a couple. The room was small, but big enough for us to lay our luggage out to pack. The best part about this hotel is the location, which is super near to the Susukino district which is famous for shopping, bars, clubs, etc. It is a short walk from the famous Ramen alley and shopping street stretch as well. We had a comfortable stay, and the reception was very helpful. Overall a pleasant and fuss-free experience.

Hotel yang baru dibuka ini terletak dengan sempurna bersebelahan stesen Susukino di Aras 7. Bas Limosin Lapangan Terbang akan menurunkan anda kira-kira 1 blok ke belakang dari hotel. Bilik-bilik agak kecil tetapi berfungsi, bilik yang lebih besar mempunyai pemandangan yang lebih kecil jadi pilih bilik yang kecil. Anda tidak akan dapat mengakses onsen/spa hotel melainkan anda menempah bilik premium tanpa akses berbayar dibenarkan. Ini kelihatan seperti pemikiran pendek yang luar biasa di hotel terutamanya jika onsen kosong. Mengapa tidak menawarkan kemasukan berbayar kepada tetamu semasa waktu sunyi? Hotel ini juga mengambil bahagian dalam pembersihan hijau yang meluas dengan komitmen palsu untuk membantu alam sekitar. Jika anda memilih pengemasan eko, mereka masih akan membuang berus gigi anda dan menggantikan berus gigi yang lain. Selain itu, mereka memberi anda kod QR untuk menebus sebotol air teh percuma (tidak pasti bagaimana ini membantu alam sekitar?) Sarapan pagi tidak mengapa tetapi pastikan anda tiba sebelum pukul 9 pagi kerana makanan tidak diisi semula atau diganti pada bufet. Terdapat banyak kakitangan perkhidmatan berdiri dan berlari-lari tetapi tidak banyak produktiviti membersihkan meja, mengeluarkan pinggan dll. Kawasan tempatan mempunyai bahagian hadapan kedai ”maklumat perempuan” yang luas jadi saya mungkin tidak akan mengesyorkan kawasan itu untuk keluarga walaupun ia berasa selamat.

Clean, tidy and nice room, location is good which near Sapporo city center, good services from front desk. Highly recommend for business and all type of travel stay.

Hotel staff are kind and helpful. This hotel is very near to Odori park Subway Station, walking about 10min, The convenient store 7-11 is just beside the hotel, and many shopping Mall is just walking distance within 10 min. My family has a nice stay here and we definitely will come back again when we next visit Hokkaido.

I recently stayed at the Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo for three nights in a Standard Family Room on the 7th floor and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The room comfortably accommodated our group of four, and we were pleasantly surprised to find two separate bathrooms with bathtubs, which added a significant level of convenience for our family. While the room did not offer any particular views, the value for money was undeniable. The hotel's buffet spread was another highlight of our stay. With a wide variety of options, it catered well to different tastes and preferences, ensuring a satisfying start to each day. A couple of logistical aspects made our stay even more seamless. We were able to return our rental car directly at the hotel, having rented from Toyota Rent-a-Car. This saved us a lot of time and hassle. Additionally, we utilized the Airport Bus service from the hotel, purchasing tickets easily at the front desk on the day of our departure. This convenience allowed us to relax and enjoy our last moments in Sapporo without any stress. One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was the excellent service. We had purchased quite a bit of chocolate from the Royce Chocolate Factory, and the hotel staff went above and beyond by accepting and storing our delivery until we arrived a day or two later. This level of service truly enhanced our experience. The hotel's location is another significant advantage. It is about a 10-minute walk from Sapporo Station, making it very accessible. For those interested in exploring local shopping areas, Tanuki Koji is a manageable 30-minute walk away. Overall, the Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo offers excellent value for money with its well-appointed rooms, great amenities, convenient location, and outstanding service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapporo.

Terletak dengan sangat mudah, hanya kira-kira 2-3 minit berjalan kaki dari Exit Utara stesen JR Sapporo. Berus gigi, uncang teh, kopi segera dll tersedia secara percuma untuk dibawa di lobi lif. Aras 2 mempunyai ruang tamu dengan kopi percuma dan dispenser ais sekiranya anda mahukan bir sejuk di dalam bilik anda. Bilik agak besar dan direka dengan baik dengan banyak permukaan untuk meletakkan barang. Tandas dan bilik mandi diasingkan, yang bagus jika anda tidak tinggal bersendirian. Bilik mandi mempunyai set yang saya tidak kenali, kerana paip pancuran mandian terletak di luar tab mandi, walaupun anda boleh menarik kepala pancuran mandian ke dalam tab mandi. TV mempunyai Netflix (anda perlu log masuk ke akaun anda sendiri), YouTube dll, jadi lebih banyak pilihan untuk hiburan jika anda hanya mahu berehat di dalam bilik.

Good hotel overall. Even though it’s slightly far from Sapporo and Odori station, there is a connecting subway entrance within the building to give you access to the subway (Exit 15). Also free open baths available to all customers and that’s really great!
