Hotel berhampiran TAKE-UP Jewelry (Daimaru Sapporo Department Store), Sapporo

Room is very new and spacious, they put into a 3 beds room though I only booked twin bed room, the space for luggage is limited. Bathroom is wonderful. Cleanliness is sparkling, the cleaning team is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is excellent, they serve high quality food with great variety. Restaurant staffs are very friendly as well. One thing I would just hope they have the new slippers by request, the Japanese slippers are not that stable and for hygiene purposes.

We stayed in nine hotels during our six week Winter visit to Japan; this hotel was the third most stylish but the second most uncomfortable. The corner double room has the right look with a little tea room next to a floor to ceiling window. We had a partial view of the Botanical Gardens which was pretty. The room was uncomfortable for the following reasons: 1. No storage. The room fit out is super minimal but if you have luggage there's nowhere to put it and no hanging space. 2. The designer was going for a zen low lighting experience but the room was so dark we couldn't see anything. There is one dim lamp next to the bed and another low light overhead light. It was so dark we had to borrow desk lamps to be able to see into our suitcases. Maybe the designer was trying to create a moody atmosphere but we found it dreary and depressing. 3. The thermostat has no fine controls - the room was either way too hot or very cold. We chose to turn the heat off and borrow extra blankets and wear extra layers. We chose the corner double room which despite being one of the larger rooms, felt too cramped for a four day stay. The onsen was stylish and cool. The outdoor onsen was set in cute snowscape. Having an onsen with snow around you felt very luxe. Unfortunately this hotel attracts a certain young, nouveau riche clientele who take selfies endlessly in this Instagram ready hotel. There were men taking photos of themselves in the onsen on two occasions; I felt like my privacy had been violated as I was in the same bath. It upset me they didn't respect me enough to abstain from taking video footage. Did they do that just because my partner and I were clearly not Japanese? We enjoyed the authentic breakfast, although I feel like having it once probably would have been enough. The location of the hotel was a bit of a dead zone, unless you love walking there are probably more central locations. If you can't speak Japanese the staff are just OK. I was overcharged and managed to get a refund even despite the language barrier. I would not stay at this hotel again but I did enjoy certain aspects of my stay.

Good hotel in good location... Clean room, good onsen, friendly employees... Lot of restaurants to choose nearby. Also many convenience stores and other shops...

Ia baru sahaja dibuka dan sangat bersih. Bilik itu berada di tingkat yang tinggi, seperti yang saya harapkan, dan ia adalah kembar Hollywood ^_^ Saya dapat membuka beg pakaian untuk dua orang dengan mudah. Anda boleh memasuki bilik mandi wanita di tempat mandi awam yang besar dengan hanya kunci kad bilik anda! (Tiada kunci kad diperlukan untuk mandian wanita) Lokasinya hebat dan saya pasti akan menggunakannya lagi!

We stayed in this hotel for 2d1n as a couple. The room was small, but big enough for us to lay our luggage out to pack. The best part about this hotel is the location, which is super near to the Susukino district which is famous for shopping, bars, clubs, etc. It is a short walk from the famous Ramen alley and shopping street stretch as well. We had a comfortable stay, and the reception was very helpful. Overall a pleasant and fuss-free experience.

エコノミーダブルのシングルユース朝食付きで宿泊しました。コスパが良いので、最近よく利用しているホテルチェーンです。チェックインは、事前決済の場合QRコードをかざすだけで、素早く簡単にチェックインできます。部屋は広くないですが、一人で宿泊するには十分な広さです。とても綺麗に清掃されていました。窓からの眺めは、隣のホテルが見えるだけでよくないですが、窓があるだけで窮屈さは感じません。ホテル1階にあるYs susukino が朝食会場で、ゆったり食べることができました。実は前日に比較のために、すすきのの同レベルのホテルに同条件で宿泊したところ、朝食会場が大混雑だったので、こちらの朝食会場がすごく良く感じました。ここのビュッフェのお目当ては、北海道名物のスープカレーと札幌味噌ラーメンです。スープカレーも札幌味噌ラーメンも自分で作るタイプで美味しかったですが、それ以上に美味しかったのが、自分で作る天ぷらそばです。天ぷらは揚げたてで、アツアツでサクサクでした。ここの朝食には大満足です。ここのホテルチェーンの会員になっているので、自動チェックアウト機からチャリンと500円玉がキャッシュバックされるのがうれしいです。

元々高評価の口コミもあり2泊させていただきました。 スタッフの対応、設備の充実、清潔感、朝食バイキングと口コミどおり素晴らしいものでした。倍の料金だったとしても驚かないクオリティだとおもいます。 あえて1点だけ気になったことがあるとすれば、サラリーマンや運動系部活の学生らしい団体客がいたのですが、風呂場やサウナで大声で話したり、サウナ後に掛け水もせずに水風呂にはいる、廊下で騒ぐなど、非常識な人も複数目にしました。 これはホテルの問題ではなく、客の問題だとは思いますが、そのような非常識な人もいる前提で、チェックインの際は特に団体客への注意喚起をしていただいたり、風呂場にわかりやすい注意書きをしていただければと思います。 また札幌に行く際は利用させていただこうと思います。 ありがとうございました。

Strategic location to reach key destinations in Hokkaido. Staff are accommodating and very respectful; we felt valued despite language barriers.

The hotel is a very short walk from Shin-Sapporo station but beware it is not directly connected. If you have luggage and there is snow on the ground outside it can be a little difficult to get there. Everything else was fine with the hotel. We stayed in a japanese style room which was basic but allowed for a very comfortable one night sleep. Breakfast on the 31/F was surprisingly good with outstanding views of the city. The staff were courteous.
