Aakar Lords Inn Saputara

The hotel was awesome with great service Rooms were also clean and we'll maintained with direct view of the lake Only thing that can be improved was water pressure on third floor bathrooms Otherwise highly recommended if in Saputara

1. I booked (so called) elite room for better experience (which was priced ar ₹10000 per night) but room condition was not even up to the standard of basic. Pls see the pictures below. 2. It was totally not worth the price. It was old, dirty, and sad. I booked Taj in the same rate and hospitality and service was beyond comparable. 3. Hotel denied check in initially despite all available documents and booking details and I had to wait and make calls to get myself checked in. 4. Parking was quite away and outside hotel campus and there was no valet available. Total inconvenience. Also, at parking security asked unnecessary changes. 5. When reached in the room it was pathetic in condition, pls see the pictures. Also, there was periodic disturbing sound from room phone (as if short quick ring) which was very annoying and disturbing. 6. Asked if they have better room and after taking 20 mins they showed a suit which is equivalent just an additional room with sofa, which was of no use to me. Moreover, it wasn’t an upgrade offered but upgrade at addition cost of ₹4000. 7. I checked out immediately and had to drive 2.5 hours at night with family and had to check in 80km away in another hotel

I have been travelling my entire life and all my accomodation has been in 5 star properties but unfortunately due to unavailability in radisson saputara I had to book lords saputara and the behaviour of Front office staff Shankar dalvi surprised me. The hotel is using rfid card locks for room doors and by chance the room card key was deactivated so i approached the front office to reactivate the card but the above named guy stated " aap log ko card use karna nahi aata" is this a way to speak? And then he carried on the argument with me. He did not even have a sense of how to talk to a female guest. Readers who so ever reading this please do not choose this property as your holiday destination as there are ***y others to provide service in a better ***ner.

In Saputara, this is perhaps the best as it offers an excellent view of Saputara lake from its third floor rooms. It reasonably clean and neat hotel. It is not too far and not too close to hustle and bustle. Staff is good. Food is average. Could be better. Overall, it’s a good place to stay.

We made a trip for 2 nights at aakar lords inn with my family, the hospitality and the food was very tasty and hygenic . Special thanks to Mr sanjay Gavli, sagar pithe , miss Aditi, anmol ,ankit and head chef Baburao for making our stay memorable, highly recommended

The food was amazing. The staff was very friendly and courteous especially Sagar, Aditi, Sanjay, Mayank, Prosenjit. It was a great experience. The suite room was huge. Definitely recommend visiting...

Saputara was in our mind from long ago and it got finalized when we see this beautiful property Aakar Lords inn. Located exactly opposite of Saputara lake. It is one of the beautiful property in Saputara. Very well maintained, neat and cleaned. Rooms are spacious and nicely crafted. GM Mr. Mayank Pande is there personally to look after everything. He is humble and polite. We received absolutely amazing service from the staff of this hotel. Head Chef executive Mr. Baburao Kahale is gem of person. He prepares dish with so ease. He provided us Very tasty pander lawabdar and mix veg. He specially prepared the ***churian for us. He is accompanied by his colleague Chef Tekraj Bhandari who is master in food making. Speacial Thanks to his team mates, Mr. Chandra BK, Mr. Ashok, Mr. ***n, Mr. Sunder, Mr. Haresh and Mr. Mukesh. These all are great chefs. The other team members who take utmost care are Mr. Sanjay Gavali who is sr. Captain. He is there to assist you at every step in restaurant. His team mates are Mr. Sagar Pithe, Mr. Umesh, Mr. Premji, Ms. Aditi, Mr. Pradeep ,Mr. Gorakh and Mr. Krunal. All staff is very supportive and courteous. We are thankful to them for all the efforts they have taken to make our stay very comfortable. In the Morning also breakfast was buffet and it was tasty. There is gym and activity centre also. This is must visit property is Saputara. A big Thank you!

The place was excellent. we took an elite room. Very spacious. Had a jacuzi. Pool is small but nice. Restaurant was good. Food was amazing too. And the staff was super friendly and co-operative. We enjoyed a lot !!!

This was my third visit to the hotel but I've never had such a bad experience in the past. Post-covid, things may have changed but the service and attitude of staff is pathetic here. They have a 10am checkout and even if the rooms are lying empty, they will not allow a late checkout even by an hour. There is no health and safety measures when you check in, they'll hand over the keys, you simply find your way to the room, the breakfast is average with limited options and the cleanliness in the room is not good at all. The linen and towels have yellow stains. The pool had a mask floating around. The buffet options for dinner are also limited and they asked us to make a quick decision whether we were eating there because they'd only cooked for 15 people. If you are late, you may have to sleep hungry. Fortunately, there are other restaurants outside the hotel that serve delicious food. Not choosing the hotel again. Its not worth the money.
