EEnglish RoseWe were delighted that Sunset Aparthotel was right next to the beach! The rooms were clean and air-conditioned, complete with a convenient fridge. Breakfast was delicious and generous, complete with free coffee, tea or juice. Staff were polite and considerate. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed 3 nights and was well impressed. We had been hesitant as all the Ksamil hotels are relatively cheap. The hotel was clean and the cleaners are evident in the communal areas. Breakfast was nice and fresh and ommlette cooked to order no exrra charge. Staff genuinely warm and helpful. We did half day at Butrint archilogical site well worth seeing and also drove to Peret to natural thermal spring a long drive through Girokaster. We had a superior side sea view room which was good size for 3 nights. Paradise beach just 5 mins away walk was nice and only 10 mins further to the main beach and view of the 3 islands.

PPengguna TetamuWe had simply the best stay. However, I think there are small areas of improvement. Let's start from the beginning. 1. Amazing staff and everyone who works in this hotel. Super friendly and welcoming. Like all of them go the extra mile to give you the best service. 2. Super clean - spotless rooms and hotel in general. This is joined with the topic above. Housekeepers did their job amazingly. I always judge hotels by bathrooms and damn they were clean. 3. Cool private beach and chill. Usually in Albania, you have to pay for sunbeds but as you're the guest you get it for free. 4. View from the side room was wow. Overlooking Corfu in the evening it was super nice to chill on the balcony. Small feedback from our side. 1. Breakfast was good but it needs a bit of pump up for 4 a star hotel. Every day for 7 days it was 100% the same food. It would be nice to pump it up slightly as the rest of things are up to the standard. 2. Sounds silly but important. The pillows in the room are super thin and hard. I had to sleep on a green decor pillow only because my neck was falling apart. It's a preference of each individual but would be nice to have one fluffy pillow or at least two. Overall amazing experience for the price and an amazing stay. We loved it and will recommend it to our friends.

PPengguna TetamuGreat service with great host and great facilities(pool especially and clean room) Even though we arrived late, which was 3 AM, hosts helped us check in easily. Moreover, we woke up late and the breakfast time was over but the host asked us whether we want breakfast. Everyone was super nice and generous.
The outdoor pool was great to swim. Also 15 minutes away from the bus terminal which made us come here easily

GgyftnfyxoyoeidjfMy wife and I stayed here for just one night before taking the ferry to Corfu. With just one proviso we would recommend it as a convenient and comfortable place to stay in Saranada. The Brilant is a modern high-rise building overlook the harbor. The lobby area was attractive and welcoming, and front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Our room (406) was very large with a sliding glass door opening onto a spacious balcony. It had a roof-top view of the surrounding buildings and a peek a boo view of the harbor. Rooms on higher floors might have better views. There were two comfortable twin beds, night stands with outlets, a couch, a small coffee table, a desk, a built-in luggage stand, and a low bench at the foot of each bed. The decor was bright and cheery, befitting a seaside location. The tiled bathroom was large and attractive, with a shower, pedestal sink, and bidet. There was only a small shelf above the sink for storage. The only problem with the room was that the a.c. didn’t work and the room was unbearably hot even with the sliding door open. We complained but the front desk person was unable to get it working and offered us another room which had a.c. that put out only mildly cool air. We opted to stay in the original room and use a portable a.c. unit which was already there (meaning this was a persistent problem) and it worked fairly well, even though we had to leave the sliding door open slightly to allow for the unit’s exhaust tube to vent outside. Breakfast was in a pleasant room on the 5th floor with a nice view of the harbor. There was a good selection of items, though good single-cup coffee was an extra charge. Overall, we recommend the Brilant, provided you obtain a room with effective air conditioning.

We stayed 3 nights at Hotel Castle in August 2021, and we couldn't have been happier with this hotel and its staff. The hotel owns a section of beach just a few yards from the front door (it's across a little road, but less than a minute walk), and hotel guests get free beach chairs and umbrellas. Also just across the road is the hotel's restaurant with panoramic views of the bay and islands. I HIGHLY recommend that you order freshly caught fish out of the ice case in the entrance--the chef grilled the fish we chose to perfection. I'm still dreaming of those meals. The room was large and spotlessly clean with all of the amenities we wanted: soap, shampoo, towels, etc. Our little deck overlooked the sea, and our room had bunk beds for our teenage daughters as well as a large comfortable bed for my husband and me, plus a dining table and chairs, coat rack, mini fridge...everything! Also included in our room price was a HUGE delicious hot breakfast in the hotel lobby. Better than the accommodations, though, was the service. The owners and employees went above and beyond at every turn, even though we didn't speak a word of Albanian (other than hello, please, and thank you). On the night of my birthday, the restaurant wasn't serving dessert, but the waiter told us to wait--they'd whip something up. It turns out that the owners went out to a bakery and bought me a whole cake and gifted it to us, complete with candles. It was so generous of them! Another day, we went to the nearby national park (not to be missed, btw) but weren't sure of how to catch the bus (turns out it's easy, but we were clueless tourists), so the owner's son drove us there and back on his own time and in his own car. Hotel Castle made our stay in Ksamil truly special. I wouldn't stay anywhere else, and I give it my highest recommendation.
