What a disaster! Jimmy was unprofessimyonal and had a less than desirable attitude, on the phone prior to our visit. The front desk gave us another rooms key, causing us to be locked out, with no front desk clerk in site. Then when she was confronted, she just kept smiling, like the Easter Bunny had arrived. Not a safe hotel! They give our room keys (without showing ID), like its Christmas. I thought there was some class to a Wyndham Super 8, but by allowing 4 ******* that were clearly drunk/high, did not make it safe or comfortable. If you don't have a credit card, you shouldn't be able to put down a cash deposit for just this reason. We were unable to sleep, as the parade of late night ladies trampled through, staff absent at 2:30am. Great job on being all around terrible!

I had a very nice stay at this hotel! Clean, quiet and the staff are very friendly! Was working in the area and will return if I am back.

Rooms were clean well. Continental breakfast was decent. Would stay here again. I liked that MacDonalds was located directly across from the hotel.

I was in sarnia for my father's funeral period this was a very convenient hotel. I would like to thank the gentleman who was working in the evening for going above and beyond for helping me. I got a thunderclap migraine I couldn't walk. I couldn't stand the fact I fell in the parking lot. he was so nice. He helped us up. Helped me up the stairs even if I got it me into my room. I cannot think I'm enough for going out of his way to helping us this way. Most people would assume that I was drunk or stoned period he did not period and I truly thanked him from the bottom of my heart for this period it was a medical emergency. And he shone like a diamond. Thank you . Youre #1 on our list of hotels to return to.

I cannot thank the hotel clerk enough - I took violently ill with a migraine (mixed in with grief as the point of the trip was my father's funeral) and literally could not walk. The clerk helped my hubby get me into the hotel, up the stairs to our room and even opened the door for us --- he even wanted to make sure we did not need an ambulance. Most people would assume I was drunk or stoned vs. ill but he could not have been nicer and more helpful.

Nobody informed me either online booking on ******* or on the website that there would be a $200 deposit.. when I asked when the money would get back to me I was told the next day and then waited 6 days for it.. there was no elevator on the premises to use.. and the “included breakfast” is only 6:30am-9:30am.. who is up at that time while their on a get away?? staff was very nice and polite but not very informative about the area

Broken shower, curtains that don't close, tv volume doesn't work, worst Super 8 ever

This property was clean and what I would expect for a Super 8 but the breakfast left alot to be desired. One of the juice dispensers and the decaf coffee dispenser were out of order. The yogurt had expired. The apples were passed their prime. I don’t expect a gourmet breakfast but I do expect fresh food and the dispensers to be in working order.

Friendly staff. Renovated rooms are nice. Would stay again forsure.
