Property is good, location is also great if you are planning to visit panchgani and mahabaleshwar. Staff at hotel is very helpful. We liked the stay.

Resort was clean and also room was also clean. But room service was very poor. Even they have not check room before allocation. Missing towel and shampoo and water bottle. When we ask for same they replied they stock got finished but not even say that will try to manage or not say sorry as well.

Room are enough big. Very clean and neat. Support staff is excellent and co operative. Good quality and quantity is too good. Location is best. 24 hrs hot water supply is available. Overall experience is best. Little more food variety should be added. Also provide hair dryer facility at room. Thanks hotel management for such a lovely service.

The property was average. Intercom was not working properly, the mattress was in very bad condition, gave me a backache. Food was good. It was difficult to find the property, as there was no appropriate sign to locate it.

Experience was pretty bad, fridge in my room was not working the breakfast served in the morning was kept in broken utensils whose half handle were broken. The direct access road to the hotel is hardly visible and goes through muddy fields. Toiletries like toothpaste and brush are available only on request they also did not keep the basic items like towel in the bathroom.

Hotel room is not worth money. I have paid & room category is not more than 3000. 1- hotel rooms are not clean 2- towels & bed sheets are not clean. 3- tv is not working. 4 - wifi is not working. 5- room service very slow. 6- telephone service not available in room to contact room service. 7 - not got room as per i saw in pictures.

The only thing good about the hotel was location and food. The room was not clean from inside, towels and bath mat was filthy. No complimentary water was provided unless you ask for it. Even during checkin no id was checked. Room was big compared to other hotels but not clean enough.
