Bella Vista Resort

We stayed for two nights in the Forest Duplex and Forest Executive rooms. The rooms are surrounded by well maintained lush greenery, where you are greeted by numerous birds chirping during the day and sometimes by playful monkeys in the balcony. At every building, there is an umbrella stand, which was handy during heavy rains. The breakfast spread was really good for vegetarians, and all the staff - reception, restaurant etc. were approachable and attentive to our needs. The location is conveniently connected to a handful of points in Mahabaleshwar.. It is a highly recommended stay in Mahabaleshwar.

Decent Hotel.Friendly people and good ambience. Good Hospitality. A bit of vehicular disturbance due to closeness to main road .On the overall I am satisfied. Breakfast is ok . Typical breakfast with keeping Indian audience who are westernized. They can add more healthy and vegan options and marathi dishes.

Room Service was excellent, Staff are efficient. Amazing view from Premium category Room. Wonderful lawn, Swimming Pool, and child play area for my kid & excellent taste and quality of food. Enjoyed evening events of karaoke, Drum beat and live singing by James Vista. Special Thanks to all staff (Ajay, Deepak,Sakharam,kajal,Pooja & Ramesh.

I think it's been 8 years and we haven't stayed in a different hotel in all our visits to Panchgani/ Mahabaleshwar. Bella Vista continues to be a place we prefer. The rooms are spacious and clean with all the regular modern stuff. Staff at the reception are trained well. Our experience in booking on the phone and ok reaching there was very efficient. Special mention to Mobita. We had room on the 2nd floor. Great view of the lawns and valley with a lovely balcony. Wi-Fi connection was strong and around 90 mbps as informed by them earlier. Service at the housekeeping level and dining area needs some improvement. Old towels not picked up but new towels put, an issue with an electrical socket not fixed correctly, used dishes not picked up at the dining table. This is the small sort of stuff that one has not experienced at Bella Vista. Hopefully this is a one off. Food was outstanding. Breakfast spreads were great. They need to hold onto the person who makes their khari biscuits and patties since the layering was exquisite. Be it the omelettes or the Indian style French toast that we ordered as well as the ham, all were tops. For Dinner, we had the chicken haryali kebab and the paneer malai tikka ***** with the veg kofta - all recommended by the manager Ramesh all of which was fab. They don't serve alcohol. Signage all over the property is very clear and helpful. Ramesh the manager is very hands on and can be seen overseeing things on a regular basis which helps a lot. They need to bring temperature control to the pool otherwise it is not usable. Family spent a couple of hours playing cards in a tree covered area lined with floor beds which was fun. They have some events in the evening with drums etc but we were out in the town so didn't attend. Plants and greenery with a lot of colours were maintained very well. We used the play area a lot to play carrom and table tennis. Overall staff are very warm and hospitable.

Awesome resort with amazing food and service..I am especially mentioning the service as we were traveling with 4 kids and had an excellent experience due to the attentive and prompt service,rarely seen in resorts nowadays.. extremely kid friendly resort with 2 play areas . I will surely be visiting Bella Vista again for their amazing hospitality and wonderful rooms and food

I traveled to this most beautiful quaint abode with a friend and let me confess the pace is so beautifully located and excellently curated with simply the best landscaping and the cherry on the cake is the warmth of all the people the entire staff from the absolute TOP to the front line. Every soul there radiated warmth. The catering and the quality of every meal was par excellence. The F&B head Mr. Ramesh needs a special mention. He indeed made our 4 day stay so homely that we are planning to go back to Mahabaleshwar I'm October to enjoy the warmth of the place during the winters. God Bless this Place and everybody involved. Fantastic stay for 2 nights at valley deluxe room. View from balcony was breathtaking. Best reaort for family and kids. The whole resort is surrounded with big trees as well as small plants with colorful flowers . Many options for kids for indoor games. All staff was attentive, polite and always greet with smiling face. Cleanliness is up to the mark. Regular cleaning of common washrooms on regular basis. Well maintained and huge property. Breakfast spread has plenty of options. We had dinner too n got delicious food. Pool location is perfect. Kids enjoyed a lot. Full day kids were busy in playing something. Resort is easily accessible as its on the main road to Mahabaleshwar and many points are just 10-15 mints away from resort.

Its our the only favourite resort in mahabalaeshwar.. we tried 2-3 other resorts in Mahabaleshwar but bella vista is our favourite now. Well maintained n huge property with plenty of trees and greenery.. many options for kids to play and also for adults too.. clean n hygienic.. regular cleaning of resort and common washrooms on regular intervals. We loved the food.. they serve delicious food and plenty of options for breakfast too it includes sprouts, fruits, snacks items, bakery items, juices, milk etc etc.. Best resort for family.. view from valley deluxe room is amazing.
