Thank you for upgrading my room. Janvi Pawar was very courteous helpful polite and well mannered. Even the staff handling the buggy was helpful. The hotel has a good scenic view, well maintained, and the rooms are spacious and clean. I would certainly recommend it to family & friends.

We recently visited Mahableshwar and stayed at Rockford Resort in Mahabaleshwar and we had a great experience. The resort is 8kms away from the city and The resort is surrounded by beautiful valleys and mountains and you can actually see the clouds below the resort. Our room had a valley-facing view, and waking up with this view from balcony was amazing. The infinity pool also faces the valley however it was very cold to actually swim. The treehouse dining was another highlight you can use this as private dining experience. The whole place gave us vibes of Kashmir right here in Maharashtra, this looks like Kashmir of Maharashtra. The staff were friendly, and the service was great. Overall the breakfast and food was great and very nice experience and stay at Rockford.

Check in hotel guy in the midnight was not descent as he was explaining me about how to book the room and what u have booked. He wasted 30 minutes by discussing rules policy etc in middle of the night 3am. This was just for extra mattress. Most irritating was he was sleeping and talking me as if i just came for donation. He also said if u came directly instead booking u must have got good deal.

Worth the money. Non ac single room one of the best. Clean and we'll maintained. Aless than 2 years oped but best foe it's budget. Ground floor ans first floor we can go but second and third little. Diffoxultmsince lift is not there. But front desk very considerate to give importance for elders and allocate ground floor. Except msrch to ajune you don't need ac in this region.

I stayed for one night with family. The room was good and spacious. The location was convenient and very near to highway but didn't have eateries/shops at walkable distance. I booked for two adults and two kids but the toilateries were not sufficient. However, they provided without any additional charge. The breakfast was good but not a buffe breakfast as was shown in images and had only two options. Also, the restaurant was not properly clean in morning and was having leftovers from earlier night lying on floors. Lift was working earlier evening but was not working next morning. The staff was nice and they cleaned my car without i asking for it. The gesture was appreciable. So to summarize : location: okay rooms: okay staff: good breakfast/restaurant: bad considering the room charges, i felt its not worth it.

Experience was not so good because of mosquitoes and also there was no hot water.
