Jackson ins Restorent service was awesome.Room service staff was also helping in nature.I didn't get much time to explore all other amenities of the hotel.But overall, it was great experience 😊👍🏻.

Pathetic place, worst service, We stayed there for 3 nights 10-8-23 to 12-8-23. rooms were stinky. bathrooms not in working condition. hot water never came even in the morning hours. please do not get attracted by swimming pool photo , pool is like 300 meter away from rooms and that too in dangerous place. phone in rooms were not working. they do not have enough staff and what they have as staff, do not listen to customers. we were 4 couples and children and we suffered throughout out stay. just go to any other hotel not this one.

We recently visited Mahableshwar and stayed at Rockford Resort in Mahabaleshwar and we had a great experience. The resort is 8kms away from the city and The resort is surrounded by beautiful valleys and mountains and you can actually see the clouds below the resort. Our room had a valley-facing view, and waking up with this view from balcony was amazing. The infinity pool also faces the valley however it was very cold to actually swim. The treehouse dining was another highlight you can use this as private dining experience. The whole place gave us vibes of Kashmir right here in Maharashtra, this looks like Kashmir of Maharashtra. The staff were friendly, and the service was great. Overall the breakfast and food was great and very nice experience and stay at Rockford.
