Hotel ini sangat baru dan perkhidmatannya sangat baik. Walaupun ia hanya standard hotel yang pantas, kemudahan bilik dan tahap perkhidmatan yang sebenar adalah sangat baik. 房間不大，床小。酒店的房間設計是與隔壁房間之間有個門連接，不是單獨的牆，因此隔音效果不好。預訂的時候看網上是無寵物的。到店後才發現這個酒店是允許寵物的。很多人帶着狗。有介意寵物的不要訂。餐廳就在進門廳，地方也很小。前台接待服務態度很好。衞生還可以。 這次訂酒店是通過攜程平台提前付款全款預訂的。是最最錯誤的決定。以後一定要自己查詢酒店，去酒店網站預訂。預訂的時候已經全款付款了，到了酒店竟然攜程的第三方沒有給酒店發送信用卡扣款碼，聯繫攜程後，一拖再拖，離店後好幾天都沒有付款給酒店，導致我們還要重新另外找朋友付款才辦理入住。那我還需要在他們攜程預訂幹啥。還要浪費10天的時間去溝通。本來安排好的旅遊行程就這樣被他們給耽誤了。如果我們不是自己聯繫交涉再次付費，真的要在他國露宿街頭了。想想都恐怖。差評攜程。

Perkhidmatan hotel sangat baik. Kami terlupa cerek di dalam bilik sebelum ini, dan kemudian menghubungi hotel. Pihak hotel telah menyimpannya untuk kami. Kali ini saya mendaftar masuk semula dan mendapatkan semula cerek. Ia sangat gembira dan saya sangat menyukainya.

The location and amenities were great, but almost every facet of the trip was made frustrating by the hotel booking policies and front desk manager. I had a $250 Delta gift card that could not be used to pre-book the room to get a better rate. I called and was told I’d have to book the “member rate” (since I’m a member of Marriot Bonvoy and have their app) to use my gift card. That rate was $60 worse than prepaying on the app and $89 worse than trip.com. Considering they already have the money from the gift card you’d think they would have a way to use it while booking on their app or over the phone, not gouge you for the worst possible rate. Next, while we reserved a “water view room”, not a “partial water view” and paid extra, the photos show our lovely view of a steel plant, parking lot, mall and partial water view if you walked right up to the window and looked out at a sharp angle. I called 2 days before and requested early check in and was told 1pm. When I arrived our room was not ready. The manage (R****) was extremely rude and just acted confused, as if she didn’t understand, but seemed to understand and was just unwilling to do anything. There was a sock under the bed.

There was a huge mixup with booking a room based on pics on Trip.com website vs what I ended up with upon arrival Basically booked a jacuzzi room and got a plain room. The hotel bent over backwards to try to accommodate me...as it was unavailable and they reduced my room rate for the first night and put me into the jacuzzi room the 2nd night without any higher charge either What an amazing staff!!

I have stayed at this smallish roadside motel at least twice a year for the past few years and have never had one thing go in the negative. The rooms have always been very clean, fresh linens, towels and cleansers. Tubs and shower and toilets have been very clean. Management is very cordial and exceptionally helpful and always have given me a very welcomed bottle of cold water. The Trunk Road Motel is a good place for the cost for a comfy stay!

Excellent pet friendly motel. Clean rooms, reasonably priced and friendly check in with good recommendations for a place to eat. Easy access to motel (en route) as we were travelling east AKA good location. Green space out front and behind motel for walking g your dog. We enjoyed our stay.
