Rooms - Great, modern and clean. Service - Helpful and polite staff. Food - Strange Breakfast options were limited and weren’t restocked throughout the course of breakfast hours. Pastries/cakes were not fresh and often served again for afternoon tea possibly even the next day. Lunch options were reasonable - okay quality but nothing special (coupons for free lunch on the mountain) one offers pasta the other paninis. Dinner options were not great especially if vegan or with picky eaters/children. Options such as veal with tuna sauce to give you an idea. Furthermore, I was served extremely undercooked turkey - so who knows what their storage of meats and such are like. To conclude, nice clean hotel but, the food quality and hygiene of the food is lacking.

Crystal ski reps put us on the wrong bus due to us sharing surname with another family then made it out like it was our fault, luckily it was the same resort but meant we had to walk for 20mins uphill with suitcases. Breakfast- If your not down by 8 o clock for breakfast then no Bacon left, asked 4 times for more. Latte not working, again asked 3 mornings in a row. Lunch- vouchers allow you tomato pasta or lasagne. However, the lasagne for people with vouchers is different from the main lasagne they serve in the restaurant and contains zero meat, just cheese, tomato lsauce and pasta sheets. You have to pay to have the ‘real’ lasagne. One day the shuttle bus broke down and had to walk uphill in snow carrying skis as no transportation. There is no sauna as advertised. Positives- Lovely rooms inside hotel, spacious, clean and warm with amazing views from balcony.

Hotel referb good, Robbie and his mini bus great staff good and very polite, But Hotel lacks facilities no sauna etc. even no ski boot drying facilities availble so wet boots cold boots every day not a good start to the day. Rooms very small with no furniture so living out of a suit case all week, on the plus side Bathroom very nice. FOOD totally unsuitable for children and most adults mainly raw meets and cold veg with a tiny amount of pasta served on cold plates, thats your evening meal. Breakfast consists of cake a few corn flakes if they have any left,cold meats toast and cold dry scambled egg. Not to forget bring your own tea bags if you like English Tea. The Hotel is in a nice postion with great views down the valley it does have potential at the edge of the old town but needs more home comforts sauna hot tub etc. in room furniture and most of all needs a totaly new menu suitable for the British market and to refuel hungry holiday maker.

The hotel is renewed lately and it is ok for that side. But, in the restaurant, which is actually rather good with it’s Italian food the waiters are terrible. Not all of them but at least two of them were very rude and did not reply any time when you said good morning or good evening. No matter what language I used, Italian too! And I spent there one week and had breakfast and dinner every day. The people in reception were on the other side, they were very professional and helpful, really! On the slopes, the guys working with the lifts were unprofessional and did not do what they should to do. Most of the time they were staring their phones or just sitten inside in the huts. No service at all. One day, there was a mess in the chairlift with two unexperienced skiers and I fell from the lift, because the liftman did not do his job right, he did not stop the lift!! I didn’t get injured, lucky me!!!

We stayed at Hotel Miravalle in Feb 2024 and had the best week. The rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable, on the small side but we had fabulous Mountain views. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and we loved the evening meals which consisted of a starter buffet, pasta course (choice of 2) and main course (choice of 2). The food was excellent quality and very fresh. The lunch vouchers were great, we only tried Campanna Kind by Spotinia lift but were very impressed with the portion of pasta, though the restaurant gets very busy at lunchtime. The shuttle bus to and from Sportinia lift was ideal and meant we didn’t have to walk anywhere with our skis. The hotel and bar/restaurant staff were very friendly and happy to help. The bar prices were reasonable and the happy hour cocktails were great. Overall we would happily stay again.

The hotel overall was lovely and the staff very friendly and helpful. Food was plentiful buffet breakfast and starters excellent however on occasions the pasta dishes were lukewarm and we had veal 3 nights in a row. The rooms were recently renovated and comfortable but we were disappointed the small spa advertised was closed. The shuttle minibus to and from the slopes very efficient.

The hotel was very good, staff pleasant, the food was very nice, you only had a choice of 2 for starter and main but we loved the food. The room was very nice. Breakfast was plenty of choice. The fact you get a voucher for a lunch on the slopes and a choice of 2 locations was great, Capa Kind was the best for us, pasta or soup with sweet and water. We did not use the shuttle bus but left our skis at the bottom of the Clotes lift and enjoyed the walk up the hill in the morning.

we had a great holiday at the Mirabelle in January 2024,from the moment we walked in to be swiftly processed and straight to our room.we were in room 101 which was just by the lift but it never bothered us.Breakfast was good and simple ,the voucher for the restaurant in the mountain was incredible-the bowl of pasta was huge.Tea and cakes were very welcome followed by dinner ,the potions were small but with many courses we never left the table hungry.The staff went above and beyond in their help for us especially Emmanuel on the desk,Manuel at the bar and Andrea the fastest waitress ever.Good food good companygreat hotel.The minibus to the slopes was a godsend

Definitely not a 3* hotel. We stayed here for a week skiing and it was hard to fault. The staff were very helpful. The food was fantastic. Rooms were extremely clean. It was great having a shuttle bus to the lifts and not having to walk each day. The van did break on one of our days, but they found another vehicle to take us. All in all it was a wonderful hotel to stay in and we will definitely be back.
