Staff were outstanding. Everybody acted like they loved their job. Were so helpful and pleasant. Room was really cute. Loved the brick wall and very well done for such a historic building.

Beautiful room, friendly staff, clean. But, Bay St traffic noise is a definite strike against it. Ask for a room that’s not facing the street.

The hotel is beautiful; it has a historic feel with plenty of space and modern amenities. We enjoyed drinks at the connected bar in the evening and the room was a lovely place to unwind. Plus, the location is great for walking around exploring the city. The staff was outstanding and made us feel so welcome. We would love to come back to Savannah to stay here again.

We love staying at the East Bay Inn when passing through Savannah, Georgia.
This place is very well-kept.
The staff are always very friendly, and the hotel is pet-friendly.
We have stayed here many times over the years, and it's a consistently excellent place to stay.
The rooms have high ceilings, and are tastefully decorated. The rooms have a cozy feel, with modern amenities like clean, modern style bathrooms, with hot water, and good water pressure.
The location of the hotel is very convenient with a wine bar, and diner downstairs, and other bars, and restaurants within walking distance. The historical Downtown location is quiet, and beautiful to walk, especially during the day.
Parking is conveniently located at the hotel location, and extended to a nearby parking garage.

As always, East Bay Inn doesn’t disappoint. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The staff helpful and friendly. This is our go to place in Savannah!

quaint, clean boutique hotel. Bldg built i pre civil war. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very close to shops, drinks and eats on River. And near historic areas Only complaint is there was construction very nearby during day And 2nd evening especially, there was noise from second floor that lasted until after 10pm. otherwise, definitely recommend a stay there.

I had an amazing stay here. The room was large and well furnished. I especially enjoyed all of the period furniture and the exposed brick walls in the room. The bathroom was modern, clean and up to date. Toiletries were provided. I enjoyed the complimentary beverages in the lobby, and the wine each evening from the bar located next to the lobby. The only issue was the noise from the street and the construction next door. Ear plugs are provided, and are necessary for a good nights sleep. Laurie at reception was especially helpful to me.
