Hotel berhampiran Chiesa Madre, Savoca

A beautiful setting with incredible views. The cave entrance onto the beach is amazing! The beach is pebbles. Crystal clear water. The complimentary shuttle to town is nice.You must request passes in the morning, for the time you would like to use the shuttle that day. It is confusing where to actually get on the shuttle, so be sure to ask at the desk. The property was once a grand establishment. It is tired and worn with need of a refurbish. The staff was nice at front desk. I contacted housekeeping one evening for extra coffee for the room and was told ”They have gone for the day.” Seems odd for a resort.

Location comodissima per il centro di Reggio Calabria, soprattutto per il museo archeologico e il lungomare. Parcheggio perfetto davanti all'ingresso, procedure di check in/out velocissime , spazi comuni ben tenuti e arredati. Camera di dimensioni generose con un bell'armadio e un bagno spazioso e ben fornito. Non ho usufruito di colazione e pasti. Unico difetto la mancanza di prese elettriche vicino al letto.

The location was great! It takes you only 15-20 minutes to arrive at the craters of Etna (Crateri Silvestri). The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. They gave us great tips for our trips. The wellness area was wonderful too and we spent a lot of time there. The rooms are good and facilities too. We definitively recommend you to stay there!

I’ve got to say we were delightfully surprised by this hotel. We booked this place as it was nearby to where we booked our wedding. Travelling with my now husband and our nearly 2 year old. From the minute of walking through the doors we saw how truly nice and special this place was. We just booked a standard room, we were located on the ground floor and the room was a lot bigger than we expected. It was nice and peaceful even being so close to reception in room 112. It was clean, comfortable, well air conditioned. Was just what we needed. We had breakfast included in our price which was continental but had scrambled eggs, bacon, range of cheeses and meats including ricotta. Cereals, pasties and cakes all of the above was of a great standard. You could eat inside or out. The staff in the dining room are even better, gianluca, Gianfrano the waiters and the manager fabrizio. And a lovely lady with short dark hair was amazing with our son, They really made us feel welcome and special, they couldn’t do enough for us. So professional and friendly. We also spent an evening in the restaurant which the food was fantastic. Again great service here too! The beautiful garden and surroundings of the hotel are so picturesque. Nice big pool area including a kids pool. We also spent some time down by the beach bar which was relaxing and I have to mention how lovely the ladies down at the reception area of the beach/shop. Giulia and Maria, so lovely, friendly and helpful. The lobby bar was brilliant Adriano made us feel right at home, so friendly, welcoming and looked after our son if we needed milk warming up, no matter what time of day. The shuttle service from this hotel is fantastic, you pre book your shuttle up and down from Taormina. It’s free too! We loved Salvatore! He made us smile, he was lovely, helpful and genuine. We miss him already!! I have to say, the staff here are a real main reason we would want to come stay again. We live in Sheffield in England but my new husband is originally from Catania, we normally would stay with family but after this trip I know we will be back. Don’t waste any more money staying anywhere else, this hotel offers everything you want and need. Thank you for having us Hotel Caparena! See you again one day I’m sure! 酒店距離陶爾米納汽車站走路9分鐘，距離商圈12分鐘，有提供停車位，酒店的早餐非常豐富好吃！前台會說英文，房間的礦泉水要收費2.5歐/瓶，台階有點多但是風景特別好。衝著早餐我願意再住一次

Hotel molto carino, pulito e nuovo. Nulla da ridire sulle stanze, ma purtroppo abbiamo avuto una spiacevole sorpresa al check out. Intanto bisogna dire che la colazione, già PAGATA nel momento in cui abbiamo effettuato la prenotazione, non offriva nè Cornetti classici (crema, cioccolato o vuoti) nè alcun tipo di dolce. Abbiamo allora optato per latte e cereali, che però sono stati serviti con del latte acido. Abbiamo allora deciso di ordinare vari cappuccini e caffè poichè il caffè presente nel buffet era imbevibile, palesemente diluito con acqua. La sorpresa è stata al check out, dove ci è stato presentato il conto dei caffè e dei cappuccini (pagati tra l'altro carissimi) poiché non inclusi nel buffet della colazione già pagata, ma ordinati a parte al bar dell'hotel. Esperienza pessima, personale impertinente e costi esagerati. Non lo consiglio

Hotel in posizione spettacolare con vista sui Faraglioni. Camera pulita e ben tenuta, bagno piccolo ma funzionale. Sembrava appena ristrutturata. Personale cordiale. Colazione ottima con ampia scelta dolce e salta nel bar dell'hotel. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo essendo fuori stagione.
