Location was very good, only 2km from ranthambore national park. We booked ac cottages but the ticket said its luxury tents where we never booked those seems mmt issue. But in hospitality they upgraded us the next day. Only issues were basic amenities were not available like kettle or tea coffee. Room service was very delayed. Also they do not provide food in the room as we have to go and eat it in the mess like hostels. Last serving time was 10pm but they made extra efforts for us to provide it late till 12pm. All in all with all the fights they gave us a good trip at the end. Best part was a pottery in the morning.

We, a group of 35 gentlemen and ladies, all close friends, ranging in ages from 60 to early 80 years, went for a memorable 4 days holiday to Nahargarh Palace hotel, Ranthambhore. One of the Alsisar group hotel in Rajasthan, India It was indeed a most enjoyable, luxurious and memorable holiday we had. The beautiful property immaculately maintained, with greenery and flowers all over. The rooms are most well appointed, the meals are most tastefully planned and presented. Every evening was organised at a different venue. The staff most courteous and efficient Of course we had the privilege of being personally looked after by the owners, Capt & Mrs Gaj Singh and their charming son Abhimanyu. Who gave the personal touch to each and every aspect of our visit The tiger and other wild life sightings were just out of this world If you wish to enjoy a memorable break in Ranthambhore, then Nahargarh Palace is the place

A very beautiful and expansive property, fulfilling the 'jungle mein mangal' phrase! Full of gardens, trees, fountains, and several nooks which are just beautiful. It is almost a mini town. Rooms are very spacious and spread across several compounds. A small cozy bar, what it might lack in terms of options, it will make up with the kind and welcoming staff. The dining halls, the open vistas, and the greenery around, make it a very nice stay. Having stayed in the property twice, once with family in April 2024, and once for an office event in August 2023, both times I was equally impressed. The front desk staff are very kind, the food is well made, the location is excellent, and the property itself is the icing on the cake.

”Excellent hotel. Great services” The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. The people in the reception were very helpful Specially Miss Pooja Bhardwaj, not just on check-in and checkout, but also in giving directions and helping to celebrate my wife’s Birthday, the food was enjoyable, on my next stays, I will definitely check into again. Suggestions- The Rajasthani food as Daal, Baati & Choorma not in the menu it should be, also in the menu Maalpua and Moong daal Halwa shown but not available only one choice gave by the team Gulab Jamun. Think on this. All other things good...

Firstly, I think it is important to point out that this hotel is on the outskirts of the National Park. We booked assuming it was within the walls and were somewhat disappointed to have to travel twenty minutes to get into the National Park each day. That said - Wow! What a hotel. It will surpass your expectations in every way. Service levels are off the chart. You will feel looked after like you have never felt before and when you think they can do no more, they will come up with a little extra to surprise you! The resort is meticulously maintained. The swimming pool is beautiful. The resort is vast and the tents spaced out, so you feel a sense of privacy. The tents are spacious, well appointed with huge bathrooms. Sockets are all in the right place. There are curtains separating the bathroom area from the room and an all important door to the toilet itself for privacy. We made the mistake of assuming that we were on a safari package with the hotel (like you would on safari in Africa) but actually our travel agent had booked all safaris through an outside company. This was disappointing as their vehicles were not new or particularly comfortable and the guides only spoke broken English if any. Safari zones have to be booked in advance and the company that escorted us did not seem to have access to the best zones for sighting a tiger. We found that other guests had much more success in spotting a tiger in zones 1-4. Tigers are few and far between and when one is spotted there will be hoards of vans and jeeps surrounding them. We only spotted 2 tigers in 6 safaris. I would recommend that you book safari through the hotel to avoid our mistake. Whilst we found the tiger safari disappointing, the hotel more than made up for it. A highlight was going to see the hotels rescue elephant, Lakshmi. It resides in the staff quarters ten minutes down the road. We were accompanied by the hotel naturalist who was fantastic in explaining how elephants live and telling us Laksmi's story. My children learnt more in half an hour than they had all safari. We really enjoyed our stay here, as we did at all of the Oberoi hotels we visited on this trip.
