I was bumped off a flight and Delta put me up at this hotel for the night I give this review 5 stars primarily because of David at the front desk. He was exemplary. Made sure I had everything I needed as my luggage was already checked and left on the plane- and he kept me informed with all the information I needed on where I could shop in the area. My room was very quiet although it was a Sunday night b I had a nice tree top view The shuttle the next morning was right on time, and Shea the driver was so helpful and pleasant-especially for that hour of that day! The only drawback is I feel that Marriott could’ve offered a complementary coffee in the lobby in the morning instead of charging $2.

Amazing Customer Service! Fabulous suite, very clean , huge suite. I would highly recommend if you need space! Only 15 minutes from Portland…. I will definitely stay here again. Great toiletries in shower. Gym has enough to get your work out in.

Quick and efficient check in and check out procedures, good quiet place to get some light work done and relax, and to get some well needed rest

Sincèrement j'ai rarement vu un hôtel aussi... que celui-ci. L'hôtel était plein et très cher, j'ai longtemps hésité mais j'aurais dû écouter mon feeling. La réceptionniste nous accueil et ses enfants courraient autour, elle nous donne une chambre à l'étage juste devant l'ascenseur, une odeur cigarette est constante partout et les murs ne sont pas propres. En entrant dans la chambre, cheveux parterre, trous dans les murs, patchs de plâtres sur les murs et toujours l'odeur de cigarette. Je descend obtenir une autre chambre mais puisque l'hôtel est plein, reste seulement la chambre handicapé au côté du lobby. Même dans cette chambre j'ai dû acheté des parfums afin d'enlever l'odeur mais c'était devenu trop odorant. Je n'osais même pas enlevé mes souliers et je me suis couché tout habillé. Au déjeuner le lendemain, c'était correct mais sans plus. Plusieurs electros brisés que le personnel savait mais toujours utilisé. Quant à la piscine, je vous laisse voir les photos... Et le stationnement arrière, impossible d'ouvrir une porte par l'extérieur, il faut faire le tour complet de l'hôtel et passer devant la réception, et cette soirée il pleuvait très fort. Je ne suggère à personne d'y aller, d'autant plus le prix était plus de 200$ USD/nuit

My experience at Extended Stay America at their Scarborough, Maine location has been so comfortable and pleasant for the entire time I've been there. The management and virtually all the working employees have been so friendly and accommodating! The General Manager, Allyson Underwood, has always gone out of her way to provide anything needed and in a very timely way! She has a wonderful personality and always does whatever she can to make all the customers enjoy their stay! I would definitely recommend this Extended Stay location to anyone and everyone!
