"This was our first time in Chengdu, and choosing this hotel was a great decision. The hotel is centrally located, only about an 8-minute walk to IFS, making it very convenient for getting around. There is also a convenience store right next door. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. We especially loved the bathroom with a city view, which added a nice touch to the stay. The staff were genuinely friendly, kind, and attentive. Their service felt sincere, and they always tried to anticipate guests’ needs. Special thanks to Mr. Busek, the manager, who kindly arranged a late check-out for us due to our late flight. His thoughtfulness and professionalism were truly appreciated. Overall, this hotel offers a great location, beautiful views, comfortable rooms, and excellent service. Highly recommended, and we would definitely choose to stay here again."

The bathroom's wet and dry areas were well-designed and spacious. The toiletries had a subtle woody scent, produced fine lather, and rinsed off easily, their quality on par with boutique brands. Even the hairdryer's power and water temperature control were perfect – a detail-oriented person like me was truly impressed. What left the deepest impression was the hotel's incredibly responsive service. One evening, I noticed a minor issue with the air conditioner's fan speed control. After calling the front desk, a maintenance person arrived in less than 5 minutes, quickly fixed the problem, and even checked other facilities to ensure they were working correctly. Before leaving, they specifically reminded me to contact them anytime if I needed anything. This efficient and attentive service made me feel completely at ease. Furthermore, the hotel's location is excellent. It's just a 3-minute walk to the subway station, and within 500 meters, there's a 24-hour convenience store, chain noodle shops, and local specialty snack bars. This was incredibly convenient whether I needed a late-night snack or wanted to find food during the day, completely making up for the slight regret of no breakfast. Upon check-out, the staff proactively asked about my stay, helped me call a taxi, and kindly reminded me to check for any forgotten items in my luggage. This thoughtful gesture added an extra layer of warmth to my entire trip. If I ever visit this city again, I will undoubtedly choose this hotel without hesitation. "I've always had a soft spot for St. Regis, so I chose it for my trip to Chengdu this time. It was our first family trip, and the butler added me on WeChat beforehand, upgrading us to a Manhattan Suite and offering a complimentary extra bed – we were so thrilled! The room was perfect; the kids even played hide-and-seek. Plus, there were free drinks every day, and we all loved the longan and red date tea. I also took the kids to experience the swimming pool with its huge floor-to-ceiling windows, which was very relaxing! The kids loved breakfast because of the free-flow ice cream! We even got to see the champagne sabering ceremony, which happens every day at 6 PM – truly a gem of a hotel. When we checked out, we left something behind, and the customer service promptly mailed it to us. It was a very satisfying stay, highly recommend!"

The robot delivery service for takeaways was also a fantastic touch. Overall, my experience was superb. "Very good homestay with excellent location near Taikuli. Responsive owner. We stayed for 2 nights with elderly parents. Overall stay is comfortable. 2 toilets for 3 bedrooms. But the toilet at common room is small and not convenient for elderly people.Wifi is too weak and no connection most of the time."

It completely exceeded my expectations, on par with or even better than the Waldorf Astoria Shanghai, haha. I'm writing this review because of him; I never usually review hotels. Highly recommended! It is a 15-minute walk to the subway station. There are snack streets and convenience stores around.
