"Amazing experience at this high-rise hotel! It's located in the same building as the 'Eye of the Clouds' observation deck, so you're right at the heart of the scenic views as soon as you step out of the elevator. The panoramic views from the high floor are absolutely breathtaking; just open the curtains to an incredible city skyline, and the night view is especially soothing. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation with plenty of hot water – every detail was perfect. The front desk service was warm and efficient, making check-in super smooth. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to shopping and transportation downstairs. Excellent value for money, I'll definitely be back!"

"We have booked many hotels on our trip across China but this hotel was the biggest surprise for us. So budget friendly but so luxurious. We were flabbergasted by service and room accessories. Everything in the room we put up to good use and because of it we felt cozy and more comfortable than in any other hotel. Reception staff had great English skills and educated us perfectly about anything that we needed to know on our tour throughout the city. I hope if we ever come back we will choose this hotel again because the comfort and hospitality was unmeasurable🫶🏻"

"Had a really satisfying stay in Chongqing this time! The environment was lovely and peaceful, and the front desk service was excellent – very warm and efficient with check-in, and they provided detailed information. The room was well-equipped, the bed was super comfortable and incredibly clean and tidy, with a wonderfully soft mattress. Everything in the room was pretty complete, and I loved the smart controls! The shower was great with good water pressure, and the internet speed was fast. "We were very happy to stay at this hotel. The location is the biggest advantage — all main attractions are within walking distance or just a short drive away, so there is no need to travel far. Staying on a higher floor is definitely worth it, as it offers a beautiful view of the two rivers. We really liked the service and housekeeping; everything was of a very high standard. Unfortunately, the hotel does not offer breakfast, but this was easily compensated by ordering any breakfast we wanted or dining outside nearby. The laundry service is an excellent option and very important for travelers. We would gladly recommend this hotel to our friends and would definitely stay here again when visiting Chongqing."

As soon as I opened the door, I could see the stunning river view through the floor-to-ceiling windows, with Chongqing's city lights floating on the river like stars. I paid for an upgrade. The room design is simple, with large mirrored surfaces that draw your attention to the flowing river and city outside the window. The room details were also spot on: the Bvlgari toiletries had a refreshing and pleasant scent, and the afternoon tea was exquisite with just the right amount of sweetness. The location is incredibly convenient: the elevator goes directly to Xiaoshizi subway station, and Jiefangbei and Bayi Food Street are just a short walk away – the surroundings are lively, but once back in the room, you can enjoy complete tranquility. Staying here isn't just about sleeping; it's an experience. I'll definitely recommend it to friends next time."

"I had a wonderful stay at ISEYA Panoramic Hotel (Chongqing Jiefangbei Raffles Plaza). The room size was very generous, especially for a hotel in such a prime city-center location. The layout was spacious, modern, and comfortable, with large floor-to-ceiling windows that offered stunning panoramic views of Chongqing’s skyline and rivers. The location is absolutely excellent. Situated in the heart of Jiefangbei and right next to Raffles City, the hotel is surrounded by shopping malls, restaurants, and attractions, with walking distance to the metro. It was extremely convenient for sightseeing, dining, and getting around the city. What truly stood out was the staff service. I was assigned to小管家 月亮 and was professional, warm, and very attentive throughout the stay. From check-in to daily housekeeping, everyone was helpful and responsive, making us feel genuinely welcomed. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist really elevated the overall experience. Overall, this hotel offers great room size, an unbeatable location, and outstanding service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chongqing.
