"This is the most satisfying hotel I've ever stayed in! The room was spotless, so clean I felt comfortable walking barefoot. The bathroom was also very clean with no water stains in the shower corner, and the toilet was disinfected with no odor. Even the curtains were electric, which was a nice touch. The hotel's laundry room was also excellent, fully equipped with new and smart facilities. The staff provided attentive service throughout, helping with luggage very quickly. The room offered a fantastic view of the lake, allowing me to fully appreciate nature. The lighting and ventilation were superb, the room decor was cozy, and the bedding was very comfortable. It felt even more comfortable than being at home! Absolutely great value for money."

"The room was fantastic! The heating was excellent, and they thoughtfully provided a humidifier, which kept the air from getting too dry. The view outside was also incredibly beautiful, and watching TV on the large screen was a real treat. The front desk staff were all lovely ladies who took great care of us, even having warm water available for guests to help themselves. The lobby on the first floor also had a very artistic feel to it. Overall, it was a stay that completely exceeded our expectations! Highly recommend 👍🏻, this accommodation made the whole trip so much more relaxed and enjoyable.
Ordering takeout was super convenient too, with a robot delivering it right to the room. This meant even solo travelers could get their food delivered with no contact."

"Clean, quiet, and with a top-notch environment, including a beautiful garden and lawn within the grounds. I've stayed at almost all of Harbin's top 10 hotels, so I'm quite picky. Due to the city's early development, most of these hotels don't offer value that matches their price. However, this hotel, which is actually more of a guesthouse, provides excellent value for money. The concierge staff's professionalism, typical of a large state-owned enterprise, was evident from the first interaction, making me feel very comfortable. It's a serene place with beautiful scenery, perfect for walking, jogging, or quiet contemplation. It's also only a 5-10 minute walk to Sun Island and the Penguin Animal Pavilion. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Harbin."

The boss was still waiting for me. I took me to the hotel from my drop-off point and arranged accommodation. Thank you for your warm service! I have already exceeded the check-out time after running the marathon. The boss took the initiative to give me a free late check-out until I took a shower and packed my luggage before leaving the hotel. Thank you for your tolerance and kindness!
