"I arrived at Nanxun 4+ in the afternoon so there was no boat to the hotel. Contacted the hotel by searching the number available on trip.com on wechat. They kindly provided a location that the taxi could drop us off at so that we didn't have to walk too far during check-in. The hotel is located in the guzhen right next to the water so the views in the day and at night are spectacular! Place was clean and spacious and the breakfast was clean and filling. There was a lovely cat that lounged in the sunlight while we ate breakfast. During check-out the service staff helped us book a boat to a ferry where it was easy to get a taxi from there. Me and my friends had a very relaxing and beautiful stay here."

"During the New Year's Day holiday, the hotel was swarming with guests. We arrived at 1 PM but couldn't check into our room until 3:30 PM. They initially said the room wasn't ready, but it turned out the direct drinking water system was broken, and maintenance staff were working on it. Even after we got into the room, it still wasn't fixed, so the hotel provided us with plenty of bottled water instead. The room facilities themselves were quite good. However, the hotel's exterior was very dirty and poorly maintained, which unfortunately detracted from the overall check-in experience. The hotel mattress was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bedding was also just right – not too thick, not too thin – so even with the air conditioning on, it felt pleasant. 👍 We went for breakfast past 8 AM and were surprised to find a very long queue. Luckily, everyone lined up in an orderly fashion. Improving service is key; while the hardware is good, the software (service) needs to be even better."

"Giraffe Manor in winter is just so incredibly therapeutic! Tucked away in a thousand acres of bamboo forest, it's a natural oxygen bar with fresh, tranquil air. Although it was a bit chilly outside, the manor was well-prepared, allowing us to feed the giraffes up close and appreciate their grace and charm. Of course, besides giraffes, there are also adorable capybaras, raccoons, and other cute animals everywhere. Kids loved chasing after the animals, and adults could easily snap some fantastic nature-themed photos. Even better, their professional photography service captures stunning shots without any pushy sales tactics, and the complimentary retouched photos were all outstanding. I also have to give a special shout-out to the enthusiastic staff. The shuttle service was available on demand, and they proactively helped with luggage. Whether you're on a family trip with kids or just a family getaway, you're guaranteed to feel warm and happy, experiencing the romance and healing of winter!"

"I had been wanting to visit Dragon Dream for a long time and had been debating for a long time before finally settling on the Guzhen Grand Hotel. As soon as I made the reservation, I added my butler, Xiaozhi, on WeChat. I was very satisfied with her service. She provided comprehensive tips on travel, accommodation, weather, and travel guides. She was very considerate. Environment: Parking was very convenient upon arrival, with ample spaces and very close to the hotel. The lobby was spacious, and the penguin enclosure in the center was a unique feature that the children loved. Our room was near the elevator, but we couldn't hear any elevator noise at all; the soundproofing was excellent. We had a mountain view room with the mountains behind us, and the air was pleasant. The room amenities were acceptable, with the only drawback being the lack of a refrigerator. Otherwise, the experience was excellent. Cleanliness: The room was very clean, as was the walk-up hallway, including the elevator. The hotel is relatively close to the ancient town, and there is a shuttle bus to other attractions at a reasonable price. Three days of free parking is included. Highly recommended. Overall, it was a very satisfying trip. I hope to return sometime. By the way, the ancient town is beautiful, and the iron flower and fireworks shows at night were fantastic."

"The hotel really serves us with heart. The front desk lady, Xiao Zhao, has a great sense of service. The Dragon Boat Festival is coming soon, and the hotel has also prepared rice dumplings and DIY sachets. The room is also clean. I will choose here again next time!"

"Hotel is located in a old part of Huzhou. We really liked the surrounding area. Front desk personnel was very helpful and friendly. Room has all the facilities, quite comfortable for 2 people. Breakfast is very nutritious and we liked it very much. What was strange is housekeeping of the room. Room was not cleaned during our stay, also housekeeping lady didn’t provide enough towels for 2 people. Last day I asked the front desk employee, whether their rules include room cleaning and he told me, that I should specifically ask for the cleaning of the room. Apart from that small thing，we liked everything. Thank you for having us Thank Inn😊"

"Service: The housekeeper, Qiqi, was very attentive and answered all our questions. Cleanliness: Very clean, especially the glass which was spotless. Facilities: The air conditioning was too noisy (even on the lowest fan speed). I couldn't sleep with it on due to the noise, but it was too cold with it off. Everything else was fine. It was a unique experience having a white tiger downstairs at the hotel. The package included the zoo and skiing, which was convenient, and we also got half-price admission to other scenic spots. Overall, it was a great experience."

"We found this OldTown NanXun and love the look of it, so we booked the Accommodation at this Location. It turns out to be a very nice place: it's right in the OldTown area, walk thru the Boutique with nice silk clothes and stuff Fortunately we picked the Ground Level as we have big suitcases; wouldnt be happy to carry them upstairs. The Room is well equipped with nice bed, pillows and beddings. Bathroom is well equipped, clean and smells good. They do have a Spa but it's outdoor and we were too tired to go out. There's tea and teapot supplied and you can have a sip after the walks around the area. The Location is first-class: just a few steps to the action. I think I really love this HanXun Old Town; it's not too busy compared to the other Old Town, and it's full of Locals! Most remarkable is the friendliness: Before we check-in I text them and they gave me the exact location for our Vehicle (since the access to the Old Town is quite challenging). If you have large suitcases and dont like climbing up stairs, I would strongly recommend you to contact them beforehand. And on our check-out date, we have to return to ShangHai, a nice gentleman was very helpful, he helped us to talk to the Drivers and found us a suitable Transport. He spent over 30-minutes with us and we were very grateful. If there is one thing I would recommend for improvement, perhaps the young man can slow-down in his smoking. My husband and I have been smokers, but we have both quit. Hope he will do so one day for his health sake. Cheers!"
