"I asked several guests in the elevator and while smoking downstairs. They all had the same problem. The soundproofing is incredibly poor. I heard a door open at night, and it turned out to be the room next door. I thought my door had been opened. I could even hear people walking in the hallway. I reported it to the front desk. They provided earplugs in the drawer (really thoughtful ^_^). The windows aren't fully airtight, even though they're near a highway. The window shade is only half-finished. The shower area doesn't block out any light at all and is located right next to the bed. The toilet is also directly opposite the bed. There's a bed between the toilet and shower. What's the point? The air conditioning isn't cooling. Luckily, there's a fan. The bed is the worst bed ever. The slightest movement makes me think there's an earthquake. A friend described it as playing on a pirate ship. How does a hotel like this get any awards? Those who give tea for five-star reviews, do you have any conscience? This is truly the worst hotel I've ever stayed in."

"The hotel is conveniently located right next to the train station. The facilities are very new, and the rooms are spacious. I was particularly impressed by the innovative interior design. It's also just a short walk to Miyahara, where you can enjoy delicious food, ice cream, and milk tea, and even pick up some souvenirs. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Taichung."

"We had a great stay at Freshfields Hotel in Taichung. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, nicely maintained and very comfortable. While the location isn’t the most convenient, the hotel offers shuttle services that you can book in advance, which made getting around much easier. A heads-up for anyone planning to use the public baths: make sure to bring a swimming cap or shower cap, as well as a swimsuit. If you forget, you’ll need to purchase them at the hotel in order to use the facilities. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable experience!"

"The B&B counter service hours are from 9 to 5 o'clock. There is no one at other times and no contact information was left. The B&B is located in a landscaped park, and there are dining guests and tourists. However, the door of the B&B has no access control, and anyone can enter and exit at will. When I was using the massage chair on the first floor at 7 o'clock in the evening, a tourist, Uncle, opened the door directly, stepped in with his shoes on, and walked straight in to the corridor of the room to visit and comment. I was scared to death and could only be thankful that I had booked a room on the second floor that day. I quickly went upstairs and asked my daughters to lock the door, and warned them not to go to the first floor alone to play with toys. The safety issue is really worrying. Then there is no ladder in the bathtub, making it inconvenient to get in and out. When bathing, the line of sight is too low to see the scenery. Moreover, standing outside the house, you can clearly see the room and bathroom on the second floor. There is no way to enjoy the bath as suggested in the photo. Enjoy the scenery. The outdoor hot spring part is basically deserted, and only foot baths can be used. Breakfast was ordinary, just a sandwich box in a picnic basket."

"I planned a two-day and one-night stay with my daughter. It was full of memories. I liked Xiaomeixi very much. The equipment, space, bed and sound insulation were very good. The staff was considerate and professional. I will come back next time."

"Great for family trip. The service of room was satisfying and quite fast. As soon as we enter our room in third floor, we noticed the size of slippers provided was too large. To our surprise, they took care of the problem almost immediately. I will give the service five star. As for the swimming pool, the quality of water is also good enough for children in 6-12 age group. BTW, thanks for the swimming pool service people. They gave us medication for mosquito biting in emergency. Surely recommended for family trip destination."
