"The location is really good and convenient—close to many places, and I usually just took a Grab whenever I went out. The room was very spacious, and they cleaned it every day. I also really liked their swimming pool. During my alone time, I would go up and have a swim. 🏊♀️😊 The staff were respectful, friendly, and kind. ❤️ They also have a money-changing machine and an ATM, which is very convenient if you need to exchange money or withdraw cash. Overall, it was a good and comfortable place to stay. I’d definitely consider staying here again when I’m back in Bangkok. 🇹🇭❤️"

"Tempah penginapan baru-baru ini di hotel Berkeley. Kebersihan okay, thumbs up kepada krew perkhidmatan bilik! Penginapan saya selama 4 malam boleh diterima, pengisian semula minuman adalah mengikut standard. Kelemahannya ialah saya tinggal di menara Utara jadi agak menyusahkan untuk turun kerana 2 lif diperlukan. Laluan bilik benar-benar gelap. Tbh hotel ini sangat bagus tetapi tidak mempunyai rasa 5 bintang kepadanya. Satu kejadian yang ketara ialah saya perlu membuat panggilan ke luar negara yang mendesak pada tengah malam, penyambut tetamu cuba membantu saya tetapi masalah saya tidak diselesaikan. Saya diberitahu untuk membuat panggilan di bilik saya yang saya cuba mengikut arahan di telefon tetapi saya tidak dapat memanggilnya. Selain daripada semua ini, kami mempunyai penginapan yang menyenangkan di sini."

"Easy Planet is a solid budget hotel in a prime location, just a short walk from Silom’s restaurants, nightlife, and public transport. The rooms are simple but clean, and the price offers great value for the location. If you’re looking for an affordable place to stay while spending most of your time exploring the city, this is a great choice."

"Although the hotel is relatively new, we noticed quite a few signs of wear and damage in our room, which was a little disappointing. We're not sure if it's due to a lack of maintenance or damage from previous guests. Room cleanliness also needs improvement, as we found quite a lot of hair in the bathroom, toilet and basin, as well as dust on the shelves and bedside table. We also experienced the same issue mentioned in other reviews. The A/C was extremely cold and couldn't really be adjusted. We ended up turning it on and off throughout our stay to stay comfortable. We really liked the hotel's green initiative. By placing the card on the pillow, you can choose not to have your bed sheets changed and receive a complimentary drink voucher, such as Thai milk tea, which can be enjoyed in the lovely seating area with a nice view. However, we were disappointed that the following day, when we didn't place the card, our bed sheets still weren't changed, and we didn't receive a complimentary drink voucher either. One thing we really appreciated was the five lifts, so we never had to wait long. The hotel also provides umbrellas to borrow, which are very useful in Bangkok's hot weather, and the shuttle service was convenient and easy to use. Overall, the hotel still offers great value, and the location suits our style of travel perfectly. Despite a few areas that could be improved, we would happily stay here again in the future."

"Bilik ini agak memuaskan dan perkhidmatan jemput dan hantar lapangan terbang sangat baik Anda boleh memandu apabila anda tiba. Satu-satunya perkara yang saya tidak suka ialah saya meminta pembantu bilik untuk dua botol air tambahan dan enggan memberikannya, dan sikap saya sangat tegas. Bukan mereka tidak memberi tip, cuma pelayan membiarkan rakan senegara mereka terbiasa dengannya.
