"The apartments are decent, we liked everything overall, great value for money 👍 They gave us a room with a great view of the Bosphorus. The staff is very responsive and friendly! We asked for water in the room, and it was brought right away; we asked for cleaning, and it was cleaned. The towels should be replaced, as some had visible stains that apparently just won't wash out. But these are such trifles compared to the emotions we got from traveling around Istanbul! Baran (the owner's son) at the reception helped us call a taxi to the airport and negotiated a discount. Overall, it was a blast! If we go to Istanbul again, we know where to stay!"

"A top hotel, located in a quiet area and somewhat far from the center of Istanbul, the room was spacious and very clean, the receptionists and all the staff welcomed us with a sincere smile on their faces, the breakfast was more than perfect, I only wished that we could make coffee or tea ourselves because there were servants who did that."

"The best advantage of this hotel is its location, next to restaurants and bars. Heart of Istanbul. However, for those who value peace and quiet, this can also be a drawback, as in the evenings there is a lot of music and noise, especially noticeable on the first floor (it may be quieter on higher levels). The hotel itself is fairly clean, well-kept, and relatively new compared to many others in Istanbul. Breakfast is definitely worth including – it’s excellent, with a wide variety of fresh options, Turkish tea and coffee, and even made-to-order omelets. Staff don’t rush you out when breakfast time ends, and they keep replenishing dishes, which is a big plus. On the downside, the reception could be friendlier, and the staff’s English level is quite limited. For example, when we requested extra bedding, room service brought us fries instead. Additionally, in September the rooms were cold, and unfortunately only the air conditioning worked – the heating did not. The restaurant downstairs, Pera 77, offers live music in the evenings. In our case, the singer was late, performed only a few songs, then took a break and never returned before we left. Food quality was mixed: the soup and cheese platter were good, but the steak was tasteless and the fries soggy. Overall, the hotel is a good option if you want a lively location with outstanding breakfasts, but be aware of noise and some service limitations."

"INCREDIBLE place. My partner and I fell in love with Istanbul and Louis Rooms played its part. They use WhatsApp to provide pretty much 24/7 support. We asked advice around tourist hotspots, restaurant recommendations and taxi booking. All their tips were excellent! The decor of the room was lovely and the bed was exactly the hardness I enjoy! The views from the balcony take in the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. Magical!"

"The room was clean and hygienic, with all the toiletries provided. The breakfast was decent. The staff were very friendly and they could store your luggage for free. If you arrived early, you could check in early as long as the room was ready. It's just across the street from the hub. If you need to transfer to a bus or train, Yenikapi is a good choice."

"Great hotel! The location is fantastic: metro and tram stops are very close, as well as a supermarket, pharmacy, cafes, and restaurants. Getting from the metro with luggage was easy, with no hills or steep paths. The staff were polite. Good breakfasts. Comfortable bed. Air conditioning in the room. Excellent soundproofing when the windows were closed (the area isn't generally noisy, but delivery trucks for nearby shops do start early in the morning)."

"The view from the top floor is very good, you can see the Marmara Sea and two famous mosques. The facilities inside the hotel are OK, but some switches are broken. Because of the flight that day, I checked in at 6 am, but the hotel refused to let me in. I asked for extra money, but it was not allowed. So I could only go out shopping that day until 2 pm before I successfully checked in. But overall, the hotel is good, no more than 10 minutes walk from various famous attractions"

"Отель не плохой. Все очень достойно. Есть спа комплекс небольшой но очень чистый. Ресторан при отеле так себе. Завтраки были одни и те же. Бронировали столик но придя ко времени наш стол был занят, причем ситуация оказалась не разрешимая со стороны ресторана, развернулись ушли. Надо отдать должное администрации отеля, они извинились и подарили тарелку с фруктами, приятно было что не забили а попытались сгладить. Ресепшен выше всяких похвал, очень быстро и профессионально реагируют и решают возникающие вопросы."

"Very nice hotel in the city not too long drive from most of the attractions. Good service. I didn’t like the pool area that much but it indoor pool so it’s nice in winter time. It’s called istanbul Bosphorus but it’s not close enough you can’t see it. There is very nice mall near the hotel with lots of nice restaurants."
