Ulasan Hotel "Königsseer Hof"

5 mins walk to ticket center. the view from balcony is very good.

缺點：沒有電梯，國人帶大箱子的要考慮上樓的問題，衞生不好，床單被罩和枕套就像沒換過的，枕頭十分的不舒服，沒有雙床標間，和朋友兩人定的兩人間是兩張並一起無法分開的床，會互相影響。 優點，距離國王湖和纜車站都很近，酒店背後就是可以徒步的小路。

去國王湖玩，住在這裏很方便，走到國王湖坐船碼頭差不多200米，周邊餐廳選擇也多，停車方便，還免費，唯一欠缺就是沒電梯，行李得自己扛上樓～

服務很差，前台接待服務很差，其它服務人員也是愛理不理。下午3-6點有人接待，其他時間就自己打電話把。位置倒是還行，有陽台。

自吾等入住德國國王湖附近之酒店後，彼時正值初冬，雪花飄飄，滿地皆白。酒店房間為六人間，俯瞰湖景，景緻宜人，實是居所中之上品。而房間內裝修簡潔，燈火通明，宛如居室之內，温馨舒適。此時，四周皆是白茫茫的雪景，外頭的風雪飄搖，室內卻是家庭團聚的温馨與和諧。 我等家庭一行六人，入住時得到熱情周到的接待。酒店內設施齊全，能夠滿足我們的各類需求。此外，酒店提供了家庭遊的服務，我們一行人便一同前往湖邊進行打雪仗、制雪人等遊戲，其樂融融。在湖邊的小木屋內，我們一邊品嚐着熱乎乎的巧克力，一邊欣賞着湖面上的冰雪奇觀，心情愉悦至極。 夜幕降臨，房間內的燈光漸漸變暗，此時，我們一家人圍在一起，互相分享着在湖邊的快樂。此時，房間內的温度適宜，家人之間的交流顯得格外親密。此時，我們彷彿回到了兒時，那個充滿了趣味和温馨的時代。在熱乎乎的氛圍中，我們一家人説説笑笑，度過了難忘的一晚。 次日清晨，窗外的雪景仍是如此美麗。我們一家人一同前往酒店的餐廳享用早餐。餐廳內的氛圍宜人，早餐食品品質上乘，豐盛可口，令人流連忘返。在早餐的時光中，我們一家人度過了一個愉快的早晨。 此次入住德國國王湖附近的酒店，讓我們體驗到了家庭團聚的温馨和和諧。在這樣的氛圍中，我們一家人的心靈得到了充分的放鬆和滋養。我們將永遠珍藏這段美好的回憶，期待着下一次的家庭旅行。

到達時櫃檯沒人，要打電話叫人很不方便。網路上含稅103Euro,結果飯店收費Euro114。厠所浴室小的可憐。早餐沒食物了，要去廚房問人要。感覺下次不會再去了。

We would like to share our bad unprofessional experience in this hotel. We arrived early in the morning. We traveled almost 12 hours from London. We expected to a good accommodation since we’re so tired. But no Receptionist, we tried to call them 2-3x but no one pick up our calls. The receptionist appeared after 30minutes of waiting. They didn't approach us. Ok! It is a sign of unprofessional and unethical behaviour. We approach first. Good morning! We booked a room for 10 persons a month ago. And we would like to ask if we can leave our Luggage since our check-in is 15:00 o’clock in the afternoon. However the girl said yes. But she leaved us with something in german bad world said. Moreover, my friends they understand German Language. This experienced showing a lot of ******. Since we are Asian.

A lot of noise during the night due to cars doing donouts in the parking lot right in front the hotel. The room was really hot and the employees wasn’t able to turn it down. Service was below average and so was breakfast. I wouldn’t recommend to a friend.

Booked with this hotel through ***********. We arrived at around 7am at this hotel and the main door was closed so we called the contact person of this hotel. It took sometime til she answered the call, but the person on the other line sounds annoyed. After a while the main door was opened by a blond girl, looking pissed. She was looking at us from head to toe and answered every questions sarcastically. She also told us that it is too early and she’s still having her breakfast at work. Trying to understand her attitude, We asked her nicely if we could check in earlier and just pay extra since we have a lot of baggages with us, but she said that they don’t allow early check in and we should just leave our bags on the car and just come back at 15:00H. We told her that we don’t have a car and asked her if we could at least leave our luggages so that we can take our breakfast and explore the nearby vicinities. She agreed, after rolling her eyes and she angrily took some of our things. While we are still calling our other friends she said we are taking to much of her time and walked out. She also said something bad in german, thinking we didn’t understand her. My friend tried to talk to her but she just impolitely turned her back on us without letting us say any word. The location of this place is nice, but they have very unprofessional and disrespectful staff. Seeing that none of us were native German speakers, she treated us rudely and impolitely, We will never book this hotel again.

Good location but very rude and ****** staff. They are unwelcoming and arrogant at the first instance. Avoid this hotel at all cost!!! Totally ruined our much awaited holiday. There are much better hotels in Konigsee.

Hotel at a good location. BUT! Service extremely unpleasant, lazy, arrogant. Dirt, not maintained, smell in the hotel. Apartment for 6 people - one bathroom connected with a toilet :-(. The price does not match the service at all. I do not recommend it to anyone!

Had read many negative reviews abt the hotel prior to placing my booking. However, went thru with it and glad the hotel proved me wrong. The owner was friendly, for a small fee he fetched us from Berchtasgaden bus station to the hotel and back. He chatted and asked where we were from and mentioned his travels as well. He checked us in abt 2 hrs before the usual check in at 3pm. We did however asked if that was possible. Check in - smooth. Filled in a form, and paid for the stay. To note there is a small fee for payment via credit/debit card (which is a norm anywhere) Room - spacious. Clean and neat. It was a triple room. 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. There was a balcony facing the mountains and part of the lake. There is a kettle to boil water and came cpnpkimentary a few bags of tea and 4 cappucino nescafe sachets. Toilet - to us it was sufficient space. There is a shower (the hot and cold configuration beed a bit of calobrating but not a problem). There were toothbrush and shower gel as well given complimentary. Breakfast - it was nice. Lovely restaurant to have the breakfast. They tried to make ia as normal as possible within the guidelines due to covid. There were fruit juices, cereals (pre prepard in bowl and wrapped in shrink wrap), sliced cheese and bacon (we did not try cos its not halal) both individually wrapped on small plates. A pot of Coffee was served at the table but tea is at the buffet area (tea bags and quiet a variety of choice). The bread rolls served at the table was superb. Crisp on the outsode and sof inside. Receptiom - The receotion is not there most times but not a problem, just press the bell and they will come. The only cons - it was stairs to the room level. Can be rather steep in that sense but you would expect that from that area. It is not a modern building thay can easily attach an elevator. It comes with the charm or the overall charm of tbe hotel. So if you are not stair friendly, you might want to look elsewhere but not too sure if any other hotel within walking distance to the lake has an elevator... Haha Overall... It was a good stay and glad we stayed there despite the not so good reviews.

Rezeption nicht besetzt, Baustelle, Frühstücksraum extrem staubig und schmutzig, Tische lieblos, anders als bei Buchung und im Internet KEIN Verkauf von Getränken, keine Kühlschrank, keine Vorabinformation über Transfer zu anderem Hotel wegen Überbuchung, Geschäftsführer (I.S.) extrem unfreundlich und unhöflich. Das Ganze hat mit Gastro und Hotel nichts zu tun, der Bittsteller Gast mag zahlen, ruhig sein und verschwinden, so offenbar die Maxime. Zudem möchte ich als Gast nicht an jeder Stelle mit der politischen Überzeugung des Hoteliers konfrontiert werden.
