Hotelnya Hebat. Satu-satunya perkara yang saya perhatikan adalah permaidani kotor yang jelas di dalam bilik. Saya membuang tuala ke bawah. Selain daripada itu, ia bagus dan selesa.

Front desk girls are RUDE! One of them has major attitude every time she helps anyone and she’s ignorant. They need new staff asap! That place is going under quick.

Location is great. Pool is amazing! Despite being “non smoking”, so many guests were smoking and nothing was done about it. Hotel staff managed to take one of our personal towels and replaced with towels that were not clean. Hotel guests were so loud at 2am.

Our family enjoyed our recent stay at 3 Palms during our spring break. The pool was extremely clean and the water was a nice temperature. The room was much smaller than I anticipated but very clean and the beds were comfortable.

The beds were terrible. They were too soft. When you laid on the bed, the mattress would swallow you up. You would actually be in a hole and that made it very difficult to even move around on the bed.

Room was very cramped and had an unpleasant smell of cleaning/“air freshener” products. There was also a lot of noise from the parking area. Had issues with the key cards for the room.

Property and rooms neat and clean. Guest lounge could be stocked better. No napkins. Needed to wipe up coffee, found a stained rag (unappealing), but got the job done. Pool area wonderful. Would stay here again!

Three Palms was a great place to spend a night in Scottsdale. The rooms were clean and everything worked as intended. Some people had very nice pets with them at the hotel so that must be allowed. I saw one very well-behaved bulldog and another guest had a very quiet terrier in her oversized purse. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. Kids enjoyed splashing around, and there were great deck chairs for the adults. The poolside bar was not operational at the time, but perhaps it gets going in the summer or on weekends. There were many great-tailed grackles and pigeons outside near the pool, bathing in the cascading water feature, and since I love birds, they were wonderful to watch and listen to. Also we saw ducks in the nearby pond and green space next door. The desk clerks were very helpful and friendly. Other guests seemed happy to be there as well. Overall I'd say I will return. Also the price was very reasonable for how nice it was.

It is right next to a lovely park with a walking and bike trail. The park also has a disc golf course. The hotel was clean and quiet. the bed was comfortable.
