Such a beautiful stay! I stayed 5 nights for a work meeting in a sunset beach suite (room 1435). It was better than I imagined. The room itself was very spacious and comfortable. I loved how cozy the bed was. The outside patio was large with a fire pit. The view was to the back of the hotel so we didn't get the pool view but we still enjoyed relaxing outside. The resort itself was immaculate and very friendly. The layout is a little confusing in the beginning but there was always a friendly staff member willing to help out or drive me in a cart to where I needed to be. The gym was decent. The hotel restaurants were delicious but a little pricey. The best part of the hotel were the greeting dogs! Nash was too cute and friendly. Overall I had a terrific stay and would highly recommend! I wish I could have stayed longer to see the completion of the entire winter village. The Christmas decorations were incredible and looked amazing at night!

This is our go to place for our annual staycation during the summer. It's a wonderful resort. They have wonderful pools. They also have an ”adult only” pool if you want to relax away from the kiddos. To add to our wonderful experience was the Bird Man from Liberty Wildlife. On the 4th of July he had Aurora, a huge beautiful female bald eagle. You are able to take a picture with Aurora and as she is lifted up behind you she spreads her gorgeous wings! On other days he might have a hawk or an owl. The live band in the pm was fun too! The picture I posted here of the Bird Man is from Google. The eagle he is with is beautiful, but not Aurora. 💜

Second year in a row I stayed here. Totally wonderful place. The grounds are immaculate, the landscaping gorgeous, the restaurant excellent, and all the staff welcoming and friendly. Also like the gym, how you can easily from the premises hike Pinnacle Peak, Like any 5 star resort you pay the price...and here you get what you pay for.

I had an amazing stay here. The staff was friendly and provided exceptional service. The room were beautiful designed and comfortable.The hotel facilities, including the fitness center and restraunt, were top-notch. The location was convenient for exploring the city. I highly recommend it for a memorable hotel experience. Thank you to the staff for making my stay enjoyable!

There is good reason this place has so many 5 star reviews. Before I arrived, I received an email from the property about construction. I called and spoke with Derek and explained it was an anniversary trip and that we would like a room away from the noise. We ended up with a beautiful room and heard no noise at all. Derek and his colleague Sydney were responsive to all of our needs and requests, no matter how small. They really do go above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience for their guests. Daily breakfast at the Canyon Suites was also top notch. Everything was fresh and their “continental breakfast” included bagels, smoked salmon, delicious pastries and fresh fruit among many other things. My experience at the spa was delightful, but not exceptional. The spa was very busy which is good for the venue I suppose, but it was loud in the relaxation spaces and just felt crowded. I didn’t even try to go to the spa pool since the Canyon Suites pool was so much calmer and quieter. You have access to the main resort pools which were fun and boisterous and I’m glad we experienced a day of it, but for a vacation meant for unwinding, it was back to the Canyon Suites pool for the rest of our stay. All of the pools greet you almost immediately with ice water (complimentary) and a menu to order (pay for) other snacks if desired. The restaurants were also very good, but you’d expect that at the prices they charge. I definitely recommend The Canyon Suites at the Phoenician.

The entrance alone was captivating, and the lobby, with its stunning artwork, instantly revived my spirit. I knew right then that I would be extending my stay—and I did, that very night. The service here is truly something special—genuine, thoughtful, and attentive. Every detail of the hotel feels intentional and welcoming, from the perfectly placed hammocks to the soothing sound of waterfalls that create the most relaxing ambiance. The hotel is filled with cozy little hideaways, perfect for unwinding, and the décor feels like a warm, stylish home away from home. The most remarkable touch? The artwork throughout the hotel is created by the owner, Rose. It adds such a personal, intimate layer to the experience, knowing that the same person running this exceptional business is also shaping its look and feel. I ended up extending my stay by three days, completely captivated by this magical place. The only downside? You might not want to leave the hotel to explore Phoenix! I can’t recommend this gem enough.
