42 Apart-Hotel

Stayed here for a few days while attending a wedding. Staff were lovely, location was good and rooms are spacious. Downside the floor were poorly laid down so I tripped up on them a few times. Room was boiling the whole hotel was roasting honestly, luckily they did provide a fan. The place and room were a little run down. Key card didn't work so we had to use a key (no big deal) but the door did stick. Overall not worth the price tag.

The room was clean and had a large comfortable bed. Good location as opposite the Baths theatre. The staff were helpul. The breakfasrt was of good quality ingredients, the only problem was when it arrived there was no cutlery, serviettes or plates. The locking system on our door was faulty, we had trouble getting in our room and problem getting out. We thought this was dangerous should there be a fire, we would panic and be locked in our room.

Stay and my room was cleaned. My mallets trainers was stolen. Did realise I came home.. Not good trainers new cost 195 quid. So I am out of pocket. Room was clean and tidy.. Shower did jot work properly. I wish I never took my new trainers gutted they been taken.

Staying here long term until I get sorted. Lovely big rooom with sofa and a small well kitted out kitchen. Bed is super comfy and have been sleeping very well. Staff are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. There is an onsite cafe offering excellent food. Breakfast is a available at an extra cost.

Was looking forward so much to staying here , as photos on website looked amazing!! Upon arrival we were greeted with a very friendly welcome and check-in was easy peasy. Double room was quite luxurious , loved colour scheme of yellows and greys! Had a problem locking and unlocking door but soon got hang of it.Not a lot of room to get by between the bed and the massive tv., but we managed as we re both slim build. Went to our gig at Bath Halls, returned to room, settled into the room but became more and more aware of a hammering sound coming from below our window as sat watching tv., when we wanted to go to sleep, was more aware of sound, it sounded like an extractor fan starting up, bad rattling , hammering, then dying down again, repeating and repeating every 5 minutes throughout night, annoying to say the least. Decided to complain eventually at reception and they could only say they couldnt be responsible for noises outside and it was maybe coming from the take away next door, but that was already closed! Didnt think they were very enthusiastic to help, and never asked us if we wanted to change room. Had to put earplugs in but could still hear, rattling n loud hammering in the background! Spoilt stay really as wanted to feel refreshed in morning for our next day, shame because it was so handy for Bath Halls, bit unlucky there, put us off ever staying again ! Surely they can look into where this noise is coming from !
