PPengguna TetamuWould give them a zero if I could. We stayed here the night of Saturday, April 9, 2022. We got to sleep just fine, but at 12:30 AM were awakened to screaming, slamming doors and running up and down hallways/stairwells. This went on through 3AM. We also smelled cigarette smoke and ********* smoke. We called down to desk and the night clerk said ”she was taking care of it.” Yeah right - after we threatened to call the police she must have called and the cops kicked out a group of ”people” that were raising hell into the early hours of the morning. My wife and I had a 7 hour road trip ahead of us the next day but only got about three hours sleep that night! Next day, we waited to check out the hotel until Melissa, the manager, arrived at 8AM. When we told her we had only slept 3 hours and complained about the noise, cigarette and ********* smoking, Melissa became very sarcastic and she said ”I only got three hours of sleep, too, because the police called me because of all the the problems here! I can't be here to tuck the guests in, you know!” (Direct quote). When I complained about the fact they have all these ”rules” but obviously do not enforce them, she just argued and said ”What do you want me to say?” Unbelievable. When I told her families were staying here with kids, and ********* is being openly used, she kept asking me ”What do you want me to say?” If you want to stay in the chimpanzee house at the zoo during feeding time, go ahead and book a room here. Actually, the zoo would have better accommodations!

Hotel just refurbished. A great deal for a very nice hotel. Reception staff very nice and most helpful. What a find! Highly recommend this current lovely but modest hotel. Would rate it 8+ at least. Significantly better than other hotels I stayed at this trip for the same funds.
