Hotel berhampiran Garden Center at The Home Depot, Seaside

My girlfriend and I was on vacation in California, and chose to stay overnight at the Sand Dollar Inn in Monterey on the road between San Francisco and Los Angeles. They advertise non-smoking rooms and the pictures apparently looked good. We were therefore very surprised when we got into the room and it really smelled of smoke in the room. My suspicion is that the smell of smoke remains in the carpeted floor from earlier. We were only going to stay there for one night, so we chose to see it through. About. at 10 p.m., a group of boys checked into the neighboring room, and they immediately started partying. It involved loud talking/yelling, slamming doors (there were several of the gang who had other rooms in the hotel) and brutal bass that shook the walls. We imagined that these had plans to go to a night club, so we tried to ignore it as best as possible. A couple of hours went by without the party calming down, so we tried to knock on the door to get them to calm down. It helped for a few minutes before the party started again. About 01:00 AM I chose to go to the reception to get help. There I met a person who promised to take care of the party. It was quiet for approx. 10-15 minutes before the party started again. Around 2:00 a.m. my patience was wearing thin and I knocked on their door again. It was then quiet for another 10-15 minutes before they turned up the music again. About. at 03:00 I was down at the reception again, but there was no one there. I called repeatedly but no one came. I waited for approx. 10 minutes without getting help. About. at 4:00 am I knocked on their door again to no avail. The party continued and we stayed up the rest of the night. After a more or less sleepless night, we chose to leave the motel early in the morning. This was a very boring experience and the disappointment of the motel and their staff who did not follow up on the complaint and accepted that there was a party going on all night is beyond me. It was not pleasant for those who wanted to use the hotel's pool the following day either, as the balcony of the party was just above the pool where several people took the opportunity to vomit. Do not stay at this motel!

Nice room with all sorts of facilities, clean, free parking, very friendly staff, large bed. All in all a very great motel for a nice price. I would most definately recommend this for a stay. There's a 7/11 against the motel and several restaurants nearby for breakfast, like a Denny's

Nice economical stay for one night. Hotel staff are friendly. You will hear planes fly past occasionally.

Our vacation flights to Chicago were canceled due to weather conditions and we were unhappy. We decided to have a getaway to Monterey and Carmel. We were lucky to make a last minute booking by booking.com at Travelodge. The booking was easy, price was incredibly reasonable and service was excellent. The staff were not only friendly and welcoming, but also made accommodations for my physical disability. We enjoyed our trip and Will definitely go back.

Location is good! Although service for 5 Star should be as it is in protocol. I have asked to deliver tea bags which I wanted, they provide in the room very strange flavor which is not common, I have asked via phone to provide me normal English breakfast but I was refused that they don’t have it. I still think with such a price and star hotel should satisfy the customers with any need during the stay in the hotel.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! Beautifully decorated, clean and exclusive. It has oceanview and is located in walking distance to Cannery Row with plenty of restaurants and shops. The straff took great care of us! Juri welcomed us and gave us a tour of the hotel. She made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We will be back😊

The location is ideal a short walk to the beach and ocean trails. could hear the waves from our room. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and as described, we stayed in a queen bungalow. The staff was very professional, helpful, made us feel welcome and felt that they really cared about our needs and comfort, I look forward to coming back again and making this our go to stay in Pacific Grove. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Booked a room here from Sunday to Monday was told twice Breakfast stopped at 10am I got there at 9:15 and everything had been put away. When a lot of people complained they then Brought out some undercooked eggs and reheated sausage. I was very disappointed as the staff was all in a bad mood that they had to do that.

The host was very helpful! The internet was non-existent, but the city of Marina is in a bad reception zone. Don’t get excited about breakfast. It was definitely a to go thing. The room was fine, but when I was doing a last minute check of the room I looked under bed and it was obvious that it was not dusted or mopped. Other then the above it was a good place to stay for a quick trip to visit Family.
