Nice and comfortable airport hotel. Location is tremendous, as it’s near to SEA airport, with lots of food venues around. A complimentary airport shuttle is available. The shuttle departs every thirty minutes to the airport, at :00 and :30. Exceptionally kind and helpful staff at the hotel, however, one specific shuttle driver was extremely rude and unbothered. I did not catch his name. Didn’t bother helping me with my suitcases and at the airport didn’t bother taking out my suitcases either. Also the shuttle departed full, so some passengers had to stand. Rooms were very clean, but a bit outdated. Since the hotel is big, there are two fitness facilities available, very convenient. I had a 1 bed queen room with a balcony, which is a nice touch. I would stay again, if staying near SEA airport.

I choose to stay here after my 9-hour flight from Japan, in order to get over jet lag. I’d stayed here before and was pleased, but this time my stay was average. The hotel has a musty smell, so I opened the window only to realize that my second floor room was easily accessible from the ground. The clerk was kind enough to switch my room to the 4th floor. They’ve added a new laundry room, but it’s in the parking garage, which personally makes me feel unsafe. Besides that, the amenities such as the free shuttle and mall express were convenient. I would recommend it for a layover but not for a vacation.

Perfect place if / when accommodation is needed near Sea - Tac Airport. This hotel is very near and the complimentary shuttle service provided is operated by a really kind & helpful Larry . Junita at reception was also patient and nice ; the room was large & spacious , with an extremely comfortable king - sized bed + more than ample fluffy pillows ! Plus the gas fireplace in the lobby was a really nice touch . I would certainly recommend this hotel to any traveller wanting a good rest . Thumbs up !!

Arrived earlier than check in time. The front desk was able to give me early check in additional $50 paid. Location was even nearer than I thought and so convenient. Room is clean and comfy and overall good experience. Will stay again if I fly to Seattle and need hotel near airport.

Hotel lama di sebelah lapangan terbang mempunyai kemudahan yang sangat lama, kebersihan yang tidak baik, dan lapisan habuk tebal pada saluran keluar penghawa dingin. Jika anda tidak menaiki kapal terbang, adalah disyorkan untuk tidak memilih.

We arrived very late and my partner was feeling quite sick. We asked them to change our room for one with two beds and they did so and we’re very sympathetic. I had to ask for an extra blanket and the night shift woman went to the laundry room immediately to get one. I know that others have had problems with this hotel but my experience, thanks to one night-shift clerk, was excellent.

Mixed feelings here, customer service at the front desk was stellar, they also offer a free shuttle to the airport thays available 24 hours. The rooms were comfortable but there were some downsides. No mini fridge in the room was a bit of an annoyance but not a deal breaker, not sure if thats the standard or if i just arrived when they were replacing them. The room cleanliness needs some work, the bathtub drain was slow and there was hair on the shower wall that looked suspiciously like pubes, not impressed with that. But, the beds were comfortable and the Thai restaurant downstairs had some pretty good food, a little over priced but when you're only in Seattle for a night you're paying for the convenience. I'd stay here again but I'd really hope they figure out how to clean a bathroom.

We booked this hotel for one night on our way from the Seattle airport to a Cruise to Alaska. The hotel is in a good location close to the airport and they have a free shuttle which takes about 5 minutes from airport to hotel. Our room was very nice and clean with a very fancy walk-in shower, comfortable bed and good TV and programming. They have a very large and nice dining room with a good, free breakfast. Also, they offered shuttle service for a fee to the cruise port and back to the airport which we used. We were very happy with the place !
