lovely room..staff very helpful. nothing was to much trouble..hot tub was private and gorgeous..definitely recommend to friends and family for vist ...good location for walking into seaton carew with beach not far..plenty of take aways and shops

Had a lovely stay here last night, we booked last minute and communication was great with the staff before we arrived. Upon arrival, the owner was there to help straight away, lovely and chatty, friendly and got us sorted straight away. She showed us around our room, told us everything we needed to know about the room, door codes, wifi, hot tub, then left us to it. The bedroom/bathroom were spotless, hot tub spotless and the area surrounding the hot tub too. Lovely fairy lights around the hot tub, a fridge/freezer to keep our food/drinks in. Seats and a table outside but drinks holders were also on the hot tub. We hadn't brought a speaker but we were asked if we wanted to borrow one, we didn't need to use it but the offer was nice. The bed was sooo comfy along with all the bedding! There was a radiator, and another heater if needed but we didn't need to use this, the room was nice and warm. Robes, slippers and towels provided aswell as a coffee machine with pods, kettle, instant coffee, milk, little soaps etc.. all really nice. There was a tv in the room and we used netflix on the night. We will definitely return again as a couple but probably with our kids too. Thank you :) Also, we didn't go out this time other than a quick trip to the shop as we were purely there to chill and do nothing... but you're just along the road from a load of nice restaurants, takeaways, supermarkets/shops, amusements, bars etc.. if you're having that type of trip.

Me and partner stayed here for a 1 night relaxing stay, which it didn’t turn out to be. We booked this as I never get chance to have a break as I care for my mum 24/7. Upon arrival we were allocated a room which was supposed to have a hot tub joining on as requested. The room we were given the hot tub was down hall way passing a lounge and another room upon showing us the hot tub area there was cigarette ends around the hot tub on the floor and also drink marks all over table from the guests the night before so this had not been cleaned upon our arrival. I went and spoke with the manager and she said it was the only room left but after speaking to a young couple later on in the evening they said they had just got their room last minute with a hot tub joining in there room which I was really disappointed with as I had booked this in advance. I felt embarrassed walking up and down the hallway infront of other guests going into the hot tub , also another guest next door kept coming into our hot tub garden and asking for toilet roll, which I felt there was no privacy this was supposed to be a relaxing break and the night progressed even worse, which resulted us checking out at 6:30am the next morning. I have discussed this with the manager further after my stay as I was promised if I didn’t like the room I would receive a refund on the afternoon of checkin as I didn’t want to stay in that room with having no privacy. I recommend not staying here as there is far more nicer places with better costumer service. Still waiting for a refund a week later still no response. Really disappointed won’t be returning or recommending it.

Been about 4 times always been lovely but last time we stayed was disappointing hole in the wall dust everywhere (I’m allergic to dust mites) one lady was saying a different price to another couldn’t hardly get any sleep due to sneezing! The hot tub was damaged and to top it off both the shower and bath was running just cold water!

⭐️⭐️well wow what can I say had an amazing night here a couple get away lovely chilled out the manager Susan was amazing and so was Emma the cleaner they go above and beyond if you want to go to lodge you have to come here cause I won’t be going anywhere else now amazing 🥰🥰🥰 Thank you Ps rooms are lovely and clean Hot tub is mint best on a night all lit up
