The accommodation is standard premier inn - rooms not large but ok and you know what you’re going to get if you’ve stayed in pretty much any premier inn. Location really good. Short walk into seaton, a short hop to the seafront and also opposite a really handy large Tesco. About 15-20 min from donkey sanctuary. Parking, plenty of it, £7 per 24hr for guests. I’ve seen reviews where people moan about this, but personally didn’t have an issue with it. What made the review a 5* was the front of house and restaurant service. The duty manager Dean was exceedingly professional/efficient/friendly. He would not be out of place in a swanky hotel such is his approach and level of customer service. As Seaton seemed to be closed on a Tuesday night we ate in premier inn restaurant. The food was fine and the actual restaurant itself surprisingly nice space to sit in, possibly because the staff were just pleasant and cheery. Our server, Shelby, was extremely good at her job and did it with a smile. In summary, yes it’s a premier inn so hardly deluxe, but it was clean, well situated, quiet, friendly and £60 ish a night. What’s not to like.
