Ulasan Fairfield Inn & Suites Seattle Downtown/Seattle Center

Close to the Space Needle. Our room was facing it which was great! Breakfast is okay but always difficult to get a table.

Everything is good except the breakfast, The restaurant is not very big and have to line up more than 10mins for food and its finished at 9am. The food is okay. Staff is nice and the hotel is clean. 8 mins walk to Space Needle, 20-25 mins walk to Pike market. Parking is $25 which is reasonable.

Hotel was convenient one night stay as it was close to the Cruise Terminal. There are alot of restaurants close by and the Space needle is a couple blocks away. However, one member of their staff were calling the white guests in front of me all the time. I am a foreigner who has just experienced for the first time racism in America. Will definitely not go there again.

Fantastic. Breakfast included, close to Space Needle and Museum of Pop Culture. Easy to get to the Westlake Center, Pike Place Market and got a day tour readily. The 24/7 coffee machine, self-served laundry are very thoughtful. Wifi connection to Mainland Chinese mobile is a problem. There's no connection issue with iPhone. The G/F food store ensures you could get late night food upon arrival. Lime water welcome drink is refreshing and the catering as well as housekeeping teams are professional and helpful even at peak times. Guest parking is welcome. I highly recommend this Inn to Seattle city and business travelers. It's close to the Seattle Center, thus also the Pacific Science Center and the Children's Museum too.

Location is fine if you’re mainly visiting downtown area. Free breakfast was great. Did not expected the quality.

The location is so good, close to the Space Needle, that even I can see it from the window.The Inn environment and design is nice and clean.You can get nice breakfast but you may get up eariler(9.00 end to service on work days and 9.30 on weekend).The employees is kind and good-service minds when they talk with customers.You can get gym,parking,paid launary and ice if you need.It is also not far from the business district—5 minutes walk to Amazon headquarters.

Dear Management, I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience I had at your hotel. During my stay, I noticed that my credit card was charged twice for the tax amount. I understand that mistakes happen, but this kind of error should have been caught and rectified before I even noticed. I spoke with the front desk and they assured me that the amount was only put on hold and there was not an actual charge. However, it has been over a week and I had yet to receive a refund for the double charge. So i had to made an International call to request a refund. I did get my refund after weeks of my stay, and I had to suffer list in the exchange rate. This incident has left a bad impression on me and has significantly impacted my view of the hotel. As a paying guest, I expect to be treated with respect and honesty!

The hotel is good. Clean and tiny. The location is good. Also include breakfast. But the parking fee is too expensive.
