10/10 for everything, front desk staff, door people, housekeeping, room service all outstanding. Breakfast granola was the best I’ve ever had and the Turkey Club Sandwich was delicious. We loved everything about this hotel the service is the best we have received in a 5 star hotel., loved the way room service set up our table in our room with a vase of flowers and the small chocolates. Thank you for the upgrade our view was delightful. Every single member of staff we came across where courteous and helpful so pleasant. Four seasons Seattle you didn’t disappoint thank you for making our visit to Seattle wonderful.

We stayed one night here with the package deal of free breakfast for 4. The location is great, near the South Lake Union. Room is clean and spacious. I will recommend this hotel. One reminder though, we arrived hotel around 8:30pm. The front desk is closed and the instructions on desk asked us to go to EL on 2nd floor. The gentleman checked us in smoothly and told us the breakfast is on the floor during 6:30 and 9:30am. We ate breakfast the next morning and ended up paying $60+ including tips. The issue / confusion is that two different hotels nestled in the same building, with no clear sign to differentiate. For first time visitors, it will be easily missed. The Staybridge free breakfast deal requires people to go to the downstairs eating area. Please be careful about this to avoid unnecessary cost.

Great hotel if you’re heading out on a cruise! Very close to the cruise ship terminal. We stayed 2 nights to explore Seattle before our Alaskan cruise and loved it. We could walk to the space needle and glass museum and took a quick Uber to Pike Place. The room is spacious and the perfect size for a family of four. The free, hot breakfast is an awesome perk! Within walking distance, you can get to a beautiful park and walking trail along the water and an awesome restaurant that we found, and had dinner in both nights called Buckleys. Such good food! There is also a liquor store directly across the street that you can grab your wine bottles to bring on the cruise with you (they allow 1 bottle per adult). Highly recommend this hotel. It’s also a safe neighborhood.

This place was picked on its location to the Princess cruise port. We needed a pre-cruise stay, and I was able to book two rooms with points and cash. The day of the stay, the hotel called and asked us and our other travel couple would stay in a two bedroom, two bathroom suite? I confirmed that it was indeed a two BEDROOM, two BATHROOM, and it was for the same price as our one room and points were refunded! It was confirmed and with an easy check-in, we were into our room for our stay. We had dinner across the street at Cairde Public House Bar & Restaurant, and the next morning a quick bite in the breakfast room. The hotel was packed that weekend and we used the breakfast overflow. Thank you Maxine and Jeff at the Hampton Inn for helping us kick off our vacation.

The location of this hotel is perfect. Walking distance to South Lake Union where. Meta, Microsoft, Amazon office locate. The front desk staff at a very friendly. The room is spacious and clean. We did not try their breakfast since it’s not included in our booking. One thing to note is that there is construction right in front of the hotel. All views are blocked and a bit noise. The court yard is very good though. I will recommend it.

The location for the hotel was ideal - not far from so many attractions, and all of them within easy walking distance. The food was more than palatable - it was very delicious and there was plenty of it! I think I gained a couple of pounds just from eating breakfast during those three days! I did not get a chance to enjoy the gym, but it looked very good. Would recommend this place highly for anyone visiting Seattle! One note. Paying for parking. You will have to pay for parking under the hotel if you have or rent a car.

We booked a one night layover at this hotel. The location is perfect, in walking distance to all business, commercial and local attractions. The South Lake Union is just steps away. The front desk is very friendly and upgraded our room to lake view with no additional charge. There are lots of good restaurants nearby. I will definitely stay here again on our next a Seattle visit.

The front desk staff was very helpful with the logistics of checking in, laundry service, and renting a bicycle. The cleaning staff greeted me every morning in the hallways! The bar staff was friendly and inquisitive.The gym was cramped and the water machine was broken. The pool was enjoyable and the lounge area was pleasant. The bed was dreamy and something to look forward to after a long day!

This was one of the best Hotel experiences my wife and I have ever had. It began with an amazing Valet named Earnest. He was the most congenial and friendly valet I have ever met. He was unable to park our 1 ton truck in the underground parking. I had a bunch of tools in the back for a IT installation job I was in town to complete. Earnest felt genuinely concerned for the wellbeing of our vehicle and my tools. He went out of his way to help me empty the vehicle, and checked all of the items (which was a lot) in the baggage area of the hotel. He then helped to find street parking which was in a safe area, and actually saved us $60 in parking fees. After all of this Earnest then made an amazing dinner suggestion and even provided us with coupons which saved us a great deal on our dinner. As I returned to the hotel each day during my stay Earnest greeted me by name, without reminder. That is a feat in my book as I often can't remember coworkers names whom I interact with daily, for years. My wife and child accompanied me on this business trip. They eventually became visibly stir crazy. The Desk clerk noticed and provided all sorts of coloring books, crafts, games etc for my 4 year old. This without us asking. I did not get her name unfortunately. After our trip we thought we had left some items behind. We called the hotel frantic because the items were irreplicable. The staff (each and every one we spoke to, one of whom named Cindy) were genuinely concerned and eager to help us locate the items. Calling us back to update us with their search regularly, and even offering to ship the items to us immediately once found. Beyond the absolutely impeccable staff the hotel itself is beautiful. If you love pre-war architecture and design it is an absolute gem. It is like a time capsule. Every room has a milk door, and the electrical is all retrofitted because the building clearly predates electricity. AS bonus they have a café, salon, skin care facility, and speakeasy on site. The speakeasy was closed during our stay, but the café was wonderful. We did not try the other services. I will likely stay here on each and every visit to Seattle. It's an absolutely perfect hotel!
