我下面的評價只是代表我個人哈，我是1號12點之後入住的，入住時前台的本來選的是1118好像，不記得了，一個店長吧應該算，説給我升級個能看海的1124，進房間屋子很乾凈，確實能看到海，因為我定的是不帶浴缸的，進屋看到有個浴缸想着挺好，晚上還能洗個澡！我收拾完想着睡一覺然後晚上去銀灘和旁邊的街逛一逛，迷迷糊糊正要睡着的時候就聽到噹噹噹很急促的敲門，我就趕緊起來準備開門，還沒到門口就看到一個四五十歲的大姐直接開門推了進來，我這幸虧穿着內褲呢，還是一個人，要不丟人了哈。進來直接問我打掃嗎我當時挺迷糊就説不打掃，然後就趕緊關門了，這時候也精神了還睡啥了，直接問前台怎麼回事，前台反饋説是大姐記錯了，是1224。進錯房間了，這也怪我了，鎖門就好了。然後晚上逛完回來想着泡個澡，沒想到浴缸衹出涼水沒熱水。淋浴是出熱水的，果然沒免費的午餐哈！畢竟沒定帶浴缸的，那就不泡了無所謂了。隔音的話是公寓改的所以隔音不錯，但是對門還有樓上樓下都有裝修，再隔音確實也是擋不住，但是晚上不讓裝修這個沒問題。樓下有個路邊車一直喊着周邊遊的11樓關窗户聲音就很小了。今天我退房後下午的時候店裡給我打電話説老闆知道很生氣，退我60多的零頭，收我100就行了，我想着做生意不容易就沒要，再一個收了錢也就不能評論了，那啥人品。以上我自己的體驗。最後給老闆個建議哈，窗户還是安個紗窗吧，別差那點錢。第一個安全點，第二呢也防止昆蟲進來，因為真進來個蒼蠅，後來讓我轟走了哈！服務員還是挺好的有問必回，還很及時，誇一下。
