Stayed here for a concert at MetLife Stadium. Location was great…took a bus from across the street to American Dream and walked to MetLife. The hotel is very clean and modern. The front desk personnel were so pleasant and helpful! Would definitely stay here again.

The whole place is dirty and sketchy. When we go to the room for the first time, the room hadn’t been cleaned. The sheets were all over the bed, and dirty towels over the entire bathroom. At our new room, there were bugs and other peoples hair in the shower, and the shower curtain had weird brown stains. The toilet spits out water by the handle every time you flush. The toilet looks exactly like a toilet you’d find at a stadium or rest stop. The lampshade had a weird stain, the walls were damaged, dresser drawer handles were broken, and the top lock on the door was non existent. The room smelled so strong of cigarettes and was hard to breathe in. They claimed continental breakfast was closed because of covid but I wouldn’t have dared eat there if they were open. There were bugs in the first floor ice machine. Staff is rude and indifferent to guest concerns. Lastly, the fire alarm didn’t even have batteries in it, and there’s no stairwell/fire escape which I don’t know how that’s legally possible.

I had a very smooth travel experience; The hotel was was really nice and quiet. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown, every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

We were so happy here! Thank you! The people are so nice, professional and polite. If you do have any problems- which you probably won't -they are so kind and caring and will try to help in whatever way they can. We had a quiet, happy experience with everyone who worked here. They are amazing! The location is very good even if you don't have a car. Bus stop that goes to NY right in front. Shops and restaurants all around within walk distance.

What I can not say!! I worked for this company for years, got transferred in and out to run multiple properties. After relocating firm Virginia back to New Jersey, I came back to my old stomping ground. Miss Iris, the GM, has been absolutely phenomenal running the property at the ESA at Secaucus Meadowlands. Her staff is so well trained. I have offered them breakfast, lunch, and dinner, they never accepted. I believe Ms. Iris deserves to be nominated to be manager of the year, and our staff deserves to be recognized as well

We were visiting my dad for his 50th birthday and we wanted to be close to NYC but not in the city. This hotel is perfectly located near the NJ transit and Uber’s are able to find you quickly at the front of the hotel. We had room 201 which was fully equipped with a kitchenette and all the little things we needed. The staff, Michelle and Amanda were both super welcoming and friendly. Always smiling and chatty even after a long day. The only complaint we had about this hotel is where our room was located. Next time we stay, we will request a middle of the hallway. The hotel is right next to a freeway and it can be very loud! I had to buy a box of ear plugs after the first night.

I will never use trip.com again. I booked 2 nights with them months ago, knowing that I had a free cancellation/modification window. I read all the fine print, I contacted customer service to confirm everything. About a week before my window was closing, I tried to modify to 1 night. It would not let me. After FIVE DAYS of contacting them, I finally got it modified. Had I not continued to contact them, this never would have been resolved. THEN, upon checking in at the hotel I was told (even though I prepaid trip.com) that the hotel was never paid by the supplier. Therefore they would not check me in and I spent almost an hour on the phone with teip.com to have it resolved. Totally ridiculous.

We stayed one night before our cruise. We drove from Canada and arrived early morning. Check in wasn’t until 4pm but the lovely ladies at the front desk locked up our luggage, let us park and gave us access to a restroom to freshen up. We toured NYC for the day, the bus stop was just across the street, so convenient. And upon returning check in was a breeze. Our room was very spacious. We were a family of 6 and it didn’t feel right at all. Everything was very clean and comfortable except our pull out couch didn’t feel nice to us. We just put the mattress on the ground and had a great sleep. We checked out the pool, there is no whirlpool/hot tub. The pictures I saw must have been old. My son used the gym and enjoyed it. Breakfast was above my expectations! Very good. We definitely enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
